the table clothes were the wrong color, the centerpieces were incorrect, and the windows were muddy from the massive amounts of construction going on in the background of the ceremony the entire time. Bridesmaids were fixing tables and cleaning windows themselves hours before ceremony. The family paid for an open bar, and less than half way through the reception, the bartenders said no more beer was available. Then they came back and said beer was available for $8 a can. Oh and what finally sent it over the edge was the surprise change up of the menu as it was being served!! The bride paid for turkey and ham sliders. The club served guests only tuna salad and egg salad sandwiches… they did this without notifying the bride. There was a golf outing earlier that day and that event was clearly their priority. No concessions or apologize or refunds were issued or even considered. For the money that was paid for this venue, the service was disgraceful. I hope the new GM that had their first shift on Saturday can improve upon the situation. Currently do not recommend this venue to nonmembers.

say enough good things about the staff. The service is impeccable - so friendly and attentive - and the food is fabulous. We've gotten rave reviews about the food and the service from every guest we've spoken to since the wedding. So, if you're looking for a venue for less than 150 people, I would highly recommend the Heritage Club!

s were a minimal as it is already a nice facility. The food was EXCELLENT! Not your typical wedding food. The wait staff that assisted us met all the needs of my guests including my grandma who wanted to take her food home. Yes she left with a "doggie" bag. Cost wasn't the most budget friendly but it was worth the little extra to have the meal and open bar in one rate as well as good food. Highly recommended!
