For indoor ceremony (as was the case for the event I took part in), the reception space is split in half with a floating wall and flipped following the ceremony, and the room flip was extremely efficient and streamlined. Guest flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was clear and easy to follow, and the reception space looked polished and elegant following the room flip. Liz was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and communication throughout the process leading up to the event was clear and efficient. If you're looking for a golf club setting for your wedding, I wholeheartedly recommend booking at Heritage with Liz - she will make the process easy and smooth and the result will be the wedding day of your dreams!

She did not show up to the last walk through meeting with me a few days before the wedding when we dropped off all of our decor. I really felt the day of the wedding they dropped the ball and I had to stress almost the entire day. First, the linens were completely the wrong color and they tired to tell me that I was the one in the wrong when I had the order written down in a google docs. They were an hour behind serving us lunch and I as the bride did not even get to eat. My mom spent a month making cookies for a "Pittsburgh cookie table" and 4 dozen cookies and the containers were thrown away that we kept at the venue for 2 days. Dinner was suppose to be served at 6 and I was talking to guest so I did not realize but I had to ask a waiter for dinner to be served at 6:50 PM. The wedding coordinator left before dinner was even served for the night. This wasted so much of our time and our guests were just standing around starving. Not only was dinner late, they ordered the completely wrong type of salmon and all of my guest who had allergies had to ASK to be given their meals when I clarified where they were sitting and who needed a special meal. There were so many other small details that were overlooked that looking back on my photos of the day I am very disappointed with how it looked and that I was the one who had to stress about it the entire day. Overall, we felt completely looked over and the coordinator seemed that she could not keep track of all the weddings going on nor that she cared about the mistakes made. After the wedding we did let them know our disappointment and we were only offered a round of golf. BRIDES I would NOT recommend you go with a venue who just thinks this is another day at work for them and they do not care about your needs, wants, or timeline. So much money and time goes into this I would hope you are treated with respect and like royalty on the day and not feel completely looked over.

eremony spaces are stunning, the true wonder of Heritage is the event coordinator Liz, and all of the Heritage staff. From the beginning, Liz made us feel like we were the only couple getting married. She knew my timeline, vendors, decorations, and visions as well as myself. She made me feel valued, important, and honored as a bride and I cannot thank her enough for that. On the rehearsal and the actual day of the wedding, Liz and her staff made sure that everything was running smoothly and exactly according to plan. I was so stress free because I knew that whatever the problem was, Liz would handle it. She is truly incredible and you will not find another venue with the care and attention to detail that she provides. Every part of our wedding day was perfect, and I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. Heritage is the perfect venue, so affordable for all of the services and extras that you get. We got so many compliments from our guests on the food, service, and scenery. Absolutely perfect.

Terri and Liz were very accommodating while we were getting ready. The staff during the reception was attentive to everyone and the food was delicious. I had several guests telling me the next day how amazing the food was. From planning to the big day what stood out the most was the attention to detail from Liz and the team. Liz was the best part of the whole process, she is easy to work with, professional and very responsive. From day one of meeting with Liz she was upfront and thorough with reviewing the venue and packages. I never questioned what I was getting with the venue or what I was paying for.

She was so sweet and informative when we came to look at the space. She was open and upfront and explained everything thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was easy to work with and so helpful during the planning process and made sure everything was perfect and stress free for us! She is a great person and I will always look back and remember how supportive and kind she was to me! Never made me feel like I was bothering her and not judgmental at all! I like the way their packages are set up - they cover the food (which was really good) and the cake (excellent) so that’s two less vendors you have to worry about.

Also, compared to some other very similar venues we looked at, you can’t beat the price which includes a lot of things such as setting up your tables for you with the decor you bring, etc, where other venues will charge you extra for every little thing. answer was always, "Yes, we can do that." I was never told "no." I had a special drink request of something they didn't stock, and they specifically got it for our wedding! Lindsey the Events Director was amazing! She helped keep me grounded and calm. I never once had a freak-out moment because she had it all under control. We had a few very last minutes things pop-up (literally right before the ceremony), and she handled it, saving me from stressing out. Also, anytime I was unsure of something (i.e. decorations, processes, ceremony details, placement, etc.), she helped me make the best decisions between option A and option B of many things that popped up throughout the planning process. Lindsey was also very responsive. She always got back with me within hours to a day. I never had to track her down for a reply back to my questions. I also had a lot of "week of" changes/additions, and she made sure it was all take care of. Sierra her assistant was also wonderful, and so helpful. The venue was beautiful, and the food was great! I love how they do a taste testing of the menu, so that you get a chance to try a lot of the food options before deciding on the wedding menu. I also really like how the cake was included in their pricing if you used one of their two vendors. We used The Cake Studio in Powell, and everyone loved the cake. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue!
