Located just 50 minutes southeast of downtown Indianapolis’ epicenter, Heritage Hill Events is a historical Central Indiana wedding venue that serves couples and companies alike since its repurposing in 2023. Originally constructed in 1884 as a Catholic church, this locale has undergone careful restorations, adding a modern, eclectic twist on its classic charm.
There are several unique spaces for hosting your celebrations, with each one showcasing the rich history of the property. Couples can start the day in the prep suites before tying the knot in The Courtyard, a lush and vibrant outdoor space. After, make your way into The Chapel, where up to 300 guests can celebrate amidst timeless architecture. The grand staircase and three-story windows add a unique element that is sure to impress. The Gathering Space is reserved for more intimate celebrations and offers a full prep kitchen to accommodate your choice of caterer.
Your booking includes the use of tables and chairs and access to the spaces described above. You can also enjoy the setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs, as well as thoughtful add-ons such as rehearsal dinners and more. Heritage Hill Events proudly boasts an extensive history and connection to the local community, and to its owners. Built in 1884, the campus was previously the site of the former St. Mary’s Parish. Emily Manship grew up attending both the church and school, and has deep family ties to the property. Her family, dating as early as her great grandfather, has worshipped at the church and attended school at St. Mary’s for decades. It was Emily’s longtime dream to restore the site to its former beauty, and the Manships are now thrilled to be debuting the site as Heritage Hill Events!
