2000 square ft covered pavilion with a large wood burning fire place. It is also completely wired with ample electrical outlets and lighting. 20 square ft pergola wired for power. Women’s and Men’s restrooms that are handicap accessible. Indoor prep kitchen area with sink, microwave and refrigerator. 20 – 8’ rectangle tables and 15 – 60” round tables. 5 bedrooms, 3 full futons, 1 queen, 1 full, 3 sets bunks w/full on lower and twin on top, and 1 twin airbed... Our facility can easily hold parties of up to 500.

ely beautiful!! There is a river that runs on the south of the property that can be heard slightly in the background. The owners are great to work with and very friendly. You can bring in anyone to cater but have recently gone alcohol free. The price point is awesome for what you get, but is more expensive of course during the summer weekends. They do have some things you can rent like a speaker and mic, decorations, etc. Also, if you have a large party, there is plenty of space and parking. Overall, wonderful location and would highly recommend it!
