I have never been to this venue, I only asked to get information about this venue. And I have been receiving invoices for other people. Beware, other people may see all the details of your payments and invoice details. Patty still has not fixed this issue, I just got another invoice this morning!! Not responsive and very rude. 0 stars.

r outside. That meant a lot to me that she didn’t force a decision on my big day. The outside tree/golf course/ patio area is all breathtaking. The ballroom is outdated and lots of shades of brown, but with lights and good decor it really transformed. I highly recommend this venue.

The staff is very transparent and their top priority is to provide the best service to make your day as wonderful as possible. prompt to respond to emails, had great recommendations, and very accommodating. Heritage Ranch has great prices which is what first caught our attention. Let me tell you they went above and beyond our expectations. They do not nickel and dime you for every little thing like other venues we talked to. They have a wonderful staff there that made sure everything was perfect at our reception. The food was great and I don’t think we could have picked a better place for our reception. Since our wedding about a month ago, we have received so many unsolicited compliments about Heritage Ranch and our reception in general. Everyone was so impressed with the place, staff, and food. We had southwest egg rolls, a fruit and cheese display, a fajita buffet, margarita machines, and a keg. Make sure to book Heritage Ranch early as you don’t want to miss out! Thanks so much to Patty and her team for making our wedding a day we won’t forget.

t bother us at all when we're enjoying our delicious food :D Their oversize dance floor helped the guests feel more comfortable to get on there and not feel crowded. They also have a beautiful hall for guests to sit while waiting, and a nice patio for guests to sit and take pictures. The coordinator, Patty Wake, was really easy and helpful to work with. Whenever we contacted her, she would be there or call us back at her earliest convenience. She took care of everything and sent us all the information we needed within minutes. We were really happy to have her. We had a wonderful experience with this venue!

in the reception package. That made a difference for our budget since my wedding was on the smaller side. We also weren’t impressed with the tasting since we weren’t able to taste everything we wanted to. Those two things kept the experience from being perfect. On the day of, Patty was wonderful at helping keep the schedule going and made sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, we had a wonderful day!

Also, the tree provided enough shade so our guests didn’t melt in the unforgiving Texas heat. :) We held our reception in the sizable ballroom which was equip with a functional stage and incredible dancefloor. Catering is provided by the onsite restaurant (we chose the beef tenderloin and the chicken picatta) and the food was delicious! All of the staff were very helpful/professional and the onsite coordinator, Patty, was truly a blessing. She anticipated our questions, responded to any inquiries in a timely manner, and provided helpful suggestions based on her knowledge of the venue. She also provided useful diagrams, floorplans, and photos which were incredibly useful when trying to solidify my vision. Even when I inquired about something not readily available, she would promptly respond and provide useful tips based on experiences from other weddings. I greatly appreciated her help and guidance during the planning process as well as on our wedding day. I highly recommend this venue!

ere is a big dance floor, projector that you can put anything you want on it (basically a free gobo, just have to provide the image you want to be projected behind the wedding table). We played a little slideshow of photos of us growing up and some snippets video of our proposal before we entered the reception and it was a big hit. This venue takes care of everything for you - creating the room layout, linens, place settings, set-up, break-down, alcohol & bartenders, service staff & food (which was REALLY good, we chose the chicken picatta & inside round of beef - YUM!), cake cutting and serving was included as well. You will get a serious bang for your buck here. Best of all - Patty Wake! She is their INCREDIBLE venue coordinator: so helpful, responsive, detail-oriented and accommodating every step of the way. I wanted to do a couple unique things (yard games on the back patio, special setting for the wedding party table, etc...) We came by a couple times to set up a table with the linens/napkins/etc. and different centerpiece ideas to see how everything looked together -- which was great, so we could take photos to show how we wanted everything set up. She also made very detailed notes and everything was perfect to a T on the big day. Patty is there through the main parts of the reception to facilitate everything and make sure it's running smoothly, releasing tables to the buffet, coordinating timing with the DJ and so on. She heads out at the end of the evening once the timed events are over (i.e. dancing/party part of the night) but we were left in very capable hands with the rest of the staff. The service staff was wonderful as well - they brought my husband and I dinner so we actually got to eat and didn't get stuck greeting everyone and made sure we always had a full glass. Our day one-of-a-kind and we couldn't be happier!! One note: the wall decor is a little western/dated and the carpet is a little busy, but DON'T let that scare you! I had a vintage/garden vibe that does not go with that, but once everything is in the room (your tables, centerpieces, flowers and other decor) - you seriously do not notice it. The chandeliers are beautiful, they have a disco ball you can use if you want. I HIGHLY recommend this venue!!

ally loved that my husband and I (and our wedding party) were sat on a headtable on stage and that we could actually EAT the meal we picked out. Patty Wake was SO helpful throughout the entire process. She's very quick to respond to emails (while other vendors were taking days or weeks to respond) and she had great suggestions. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate on our day but the staff was helpful in making our vision happen indoors. I'd definitely recommend this venue!

Everyone commented on what a lovely venue it was for pictures as well. AND the food was absolutely delicious! Patty made sure we were served first so we could then go on to enjoy the evening and visit our guests. (And she even had food and cake boxed for us to take to the hotel later). We are so happy with our extremely pleasant experience and are grateful to Patty and her staff for making the day beautifully memorable. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

at I had imagined. Patty Wake, the coordinator, and every other employee we worked with there went above and beyond for us. Patty was there to answer every single question I had starting a year in advance. She made my wedding incredible through her kindness and hard work. I could not recommend a wedding venue more!!!

ception coordinator, is absolutely fantastic!!! She e-mails you back quickly and is so genuinely nice and helpful!!! Her and her staff even helped set-up some of our decorations during our wedding ceremony at a nearby church!! The food was AMAZING!! We rented out the bar area so that it was only our wedding guests - everyone loved being able to go in and out of the hall to get drinks and enjoy the nice back patio that opens to the golf course. There is plenty of parking space available for guests (don't have to pay for parking!) and it's a nice car pull-up area for the grand exit. The doors everywhere make for excellent spots to take some bridals. Also, there is a HUGE tree right outside the venue that was a gorgeous backdrop for bride&groom pictures during the day and at sunset! Thank you to everyone at Heritage Ranch for such an amazing experience!!!

weddings. The room and buffet hall are so gorgeous, but the details and ease of use at this facility is what made it so nice. The AV equipment which was included was super easy to use, we were easily able to control all the lighting and dimmers. If we needed anything, the staff was right there to help. The food was over the top delicious - and we received so many compliments on it. I just can't say enough good things. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

up the unity table outside until our guests were already seated because my mom had to remind her. Thank God she did….Then, our mics were off. The DJ told us that the coordinator was supposed to click them on. Never happened, so nobody could hear our vows. Then, during dinner/reception-the slideshow played with a mouse moving and screen up in the background. Not sure if this is the DJ’s fault or the coordinators, but in any event-it looked like a poorly thrown together set of pictures because they weren’t blown to screen size. I also was told that while guests were enjoying the cocktail hour during our pictures, the staff had yet to set everything up for the reception so it looked sloppy. Also was told that our seating chart was on the floor even though I asked Patty to PLEASE set it on a table so that people weren’t crawling to look at it. Apparently, it was set on the table by the time everyone was seated. Then, to make matters even worse, SHE LEFT! Yes, our wedding coordinator that we paid for to be our go to person-LEFT. We still have no idea when or where to. Because of this, our DJ had to rush outside to tell us that we were going to have to do the cake cutting/garter/bouquet toss and last dance all together so that we could high tail it out of there. Wonder who was supposed to keep up with the timeline? She told us from the beginning that while she is not a wedding planner she would be our point of contact and do her best to be sure everything ran smoothly. She was also, to my knowledge, supposed to set up the send off. Because she wasn’t there-the staff lit the sparklers before we had even started our last dance and we ran out. My husband along with my parents and I are not happy with the price we paid and the service we got in return. It’s a beautiful venue, but beware.

s warm enough with a great breeze over the driving range. This location is beautiful. One of the reasons we chose this place besides the great price is that the backup location inside, in case it rains, is also lovely. Patty is spectacular to work with. She's so detail oriented and thinks of everything. She even made table numbers for us in our colors! We didn't have a planner but that was ok. Patty was able to direct all the vendors to their location at the venue as they arrived and coordinate me getting down the aisle. What a gem! We went with the middle option for food with extra hors d'oeuvres and unlimited alcohol. Food was good, service was fantastic and the only change I might have made was to offer a keg and bottles of wine instead of unlimited booze but that depends on your crowd. I'm so glad we went with the Heritage Ranch!

If we couldn't get the date at my number 1 choice I would have switched over to Heritage Ranch. They could accommodate large and small guest lists making it look lovely either way, and their food menu look really good as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking around!
