The shape of the cakes, whether circular or square, as well as the number of tiers, can all be tailored to fit your preferences. Looking back on the tasting it makes a lot of sense, she likely adds some additional things to get certain flavors, but the base is still the same exact thing I could make in my own kitchen at less than a quarter of the price! I was so disappointed to learn that, as she had been fairly helpful with my requests and ideas with the exception of her strangely shifting prices. Her unreasonable pricing varies depending on where you have your event as she has deals with some locations, though these prices are all different which I found odd. And the first sheet she gave me had one price for a two-tier, but the next paper had a much higher cost. I suggest looking elsewhere if you actually want a genuinely high-end cake.

The wedding cake was gorgeous, my only complaint would be that the lines on the stenciling was a bit messy, but still beautiful. I came up with my own design and color scheme and she executed it right on the nose.

popular. They are moist and delicious and addictive! I don't like shortening in buttercream icing, so I asked Cindy to use something else. She made a cream cheese, butter, sugar icing that was to die for. I love cake (especially wedding cakes) and have a high standard. sting, I knew I had made a great decision! The four small cakes we tried were extremely moist and delicious. The hardest decision about the wedding cake was choosing between the many different flavors. On the wedding day, when Heritage Wedding Cakes arrived with my cake I was blown away. It was beautiful. It wasn't just like the picture, it was better! I have never seen such smooth buttercream frosting, and the intricate details looked amazing. They even stayed a little longer to put the extra wedding flowers on the cake.
