transportation for the day. The shuttles and our getaway car were clean and on time. I had arranged to have a shuttle leave our venue early for guests who did not want to stay until 10 PM. Jamie promised that the early shuttle would then come back and be there at the end of the night with the other two shuttles to take home the rest of the guests. However, the third shuttle never came back. This caused my parents and other “VIP” guests to not have seats on the way home. They had to share seats with other guests. Similarly, my parents got separated and had to ride separate shuttles home. When I reached out to Jamie after the fact, she and the manager tried to bame it on our wedding coordinator, saying that our coordinator said it was fine for the third shuttle to not come back. However, we feel that Hermes should have ensured the me, my husband, and my parents (the people paying for the shuttle service) were okay with this. Overall, we were disappointed with Hermes, especially with how expensive the service was!
