Hermitage Golf Course was the absolute perfect place for our wedding day! Mindy and Carsonwere extremely helpful throughout the whole process and especially that day. We had to make a quick ceremony change due to weather, and they crushed it! The staff was unbelievable in their help as well. The day was absolutely gorgeous, and it is all because of Hermitage Golf Course. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Everything about this place is gorgeous and magical. The garden felt like a secret hideaway for our ceremony, and cocktail hour outside on the lawn under that perfect dusk sky was unforgettable. I loved that there was also a shaded patio where some of our family could relax, it felt so thoughtful and balanced. The pavilion is such a beautiful, open space that you can completely make your own. Whether you're going for classic elegance or something fun and eclectic, it’s the perfect blank canvas.
The staff is incredible. So sweet, so supportive, and so easy to work with. I wanted a less traditional dinner (yes, we had mac & cheese and French fries hehe iconic), and they were totally on board. I went in thinking I had to ask if things were ok to do or for permission for stuff and Mindy every time was like - yes girl let's do it! Everything felt effortless.
Their rentals are stunning too — from chairs to tablescapes, you really can’t go wrong with anything they offer. We also stayed in the cottages on-site with our bridal party for the weekend, and I highly recommend it. Being able to party, relax, and wake up surrounded by our friends made the whole weekend feel like a celebration from start to finish.
And I cannot say enough about Mindy and Carson. They are truly the heart of this place. They cared so much about every detail and made sure everything ran perfectly — I didn't have a single worry. And coming from a very Type-A bride, that’s saying something! I had so many things that I DIYed and brought up like my seating chart to dance floor props to a whole beer pong table lol and as soon as we showed up they took everything and it was just all set up perfectly at the wedding. They're also just genuinely fun, joyful people who made the experience even better.
My parents surprised us with a full firework show, and Mindy coordinated everything with the fireworks team flawlessly. It was the most jaw-dropping moment and the perfect ending to an unforgettable night.
This venue and its people made our entire wedding weekend feel like a dream. We love you guys — thank you for everything! ❤️

m the moment we met Mindy she was attentive, kind, and excited about our wedding and probably the 60+ other weddings they have this year. I felt so fortunate to be working with a team who truly cares about their work. I’ve never really had a true vision for my wedding but that didn’t matter HGC had everything I could never think of ready and available for us! Mindy and HGC have the most amazing preferred vendors. Zoeey with beautiful things floral and designs knocked it out of the park. I think we’ll be getting compliments about our florals for a long time. I could recommend Hermitage Golf Course enough.

of my day went perfectly!! They handle pretty much everything and even just a few little issues came up on our end and they were handled immediately. Everyone raved about the event from top to bottom, and the food was absolutely incredible!! This is the most stunning venue and has so many little perks that just made our day even better not only for us but for our guests as well. Pretty much the whole place has been renovated and they did such a great job. The venue is set up perfectly for a wedding with staging rooms, beautiful garden and reception rooms, getting ready rooms, putt putt during cocktail hour, fire tables outside for guests to take a dance break, photobooth, the list goes on!! If you want a perfect wedding day like we had, then look no further, this is your venue!! Thank you once again Mindy, Carson, and the entire HGC crew for making our wedding day magical and absolutely epic!!

This venue has it all, the ladies here handle so much for you so you can take it easy during planning! On wedding day I felt so catered to by Carson, I had no worry and didn’t have to think or lift a finger.
Our guests keep commenting how beautiful the venue was but also how great the food was! It is very friendly for guests with allergies as well.
Also I have to mention I really appreciate the healthcare worker discount :)

My wedding was on August 31, and from the day my husband and I booked our wedding with Hermitage Golf Course, we had the most exceptional experience! One thing that was so helpful ...
throughout the planning process, was the ability to have as many planning meetings as I needed with the coordination team! They always answered all of my questions promptly and were so helpful.
As far as the big day goes, Mindy, the event coordinator, and Carson, the day-of coordinator, were simply the best! They checked on my husband and I and our bridal party multiple times throughout the day while getting ready and throughout the wedding night to see if we needed anything, and this was so helpful. Their communication with us and with one another made the day flow so smoothly and eliminated my stress knowing we were in good hands. They are both so personable, professional, and easy to get along with-- all of these qualities made them feel like friends to us, not just our wedding coordinators. I would recommend this venue simply to get to work with them, they were truly a pleasure to work with!
As far as the venue itself goes, the ceremony garden, cocktail hour area, and reception site were so beautiful and the HGC team did an AMAZING job at making sure everything was set up how we wanted it. If you're looking for a venue with vast natural beauty, look no further! I could go on and on about how beautiful everything was, and the grounds and buildings here are so well maintained. We received so many compliments on the venue itself from our guests.
Onto the food-- the food at our wedding was SO delicious, and many of our guests said that it was the best meal they had ever eaten at a wedding. HGC had so many different options to choose from for cocktail hour and dinner, and the selections we had were cooked perfectly! They even made a vegetarian plate for my maid of honor, and ensured my husband, who has a gluten allergy, had special gluten-free options. This meant so much to us and showed just how dedicated the HGC team is to making your big day special.
Overall, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience on our wedding day. The team at HGC took great care of us and truly made our day amazing. I will recommend this venue to all my family and friends, as they deserve all the praise!

nned, Mindy was wonderful, and it is a gorgeous location in itself. This venue is easily accessible for photography/videography, and it is set up very conveniently with everything being close in walking distance for your guest. The ceremony area is gorgeous with the greenery surrounding trees along with great landscaping. They offer different chair color/style options, different arch choices, and have unique chair layout options. After the ceremony, during our couple photos, we got to ride on a golf cart and visit the very friendly sheep, see gorgeous parts of the course, and truly have the intimate time for photos. This venue does a great job of ensuring the food and beverages provided are simple for guests to access. Their food is super tasty, and the bartender, Anna, was super fun and loved the crowd! She accommodated everyone’s wants and needs for a drink. Cocktail hour is in a very classy area with yummy appetizers and drinks started for the guest, which then leads into the reception hour. The reception area is very large with plenty of space for your guest to enjoy celebrating your marriage and have fun rocking with a band/dj you bring with you. Mindy Turner truly made this day so simplistic yet perfect. She met all our outside vendors on her own time while we got to enjoy getting ready, set all our outside decor that we brought up for us, ensured everyone had everything that they needed throughout the day, and she even made it important to herself to make sure you, as the bride and groom, felt loved and important. She learned us as a couple very personally and made it even more of a happy time for us to celebrate us. We could truly tell that she cared! The only slightly negative thing that came with our experience was during the switch of Directors. It led to some wrong wordage and confusion of pricing/contact issues from the contract that we already signed to during the process. The General Manager, David, of the Golf Course was very understanding and helpful during the process. He ensured that we got what we signed in our contract and was kind. We, as the bride and groom, had a great time and so did our guest as well.

Even though it was a hot summer wedding day, Lexie made sure our guests had beverages before & during the ceremony to cool down. They have recently made some major upgrades to the cocktail hour and reception areas, and it looks great! We were initially drawn to their gorgeous garden space for ceremonies and our pictures there turned out absolutely perfect! We got to explore the golf course for our bride/groom portraits and the views were stunning! Guests loved the food and so many guests told us it was the best wedding food they've had! We absolutely loved having our wedding here and would definitely recommend to others!

that is straight forward that makes it easy to match your budget. We looked at several in town venues where the pricing was complex and it was almost impossible to know if you could stay in budget. Hermitage also offers rental cottages on site that I would highly recommend for the wedding party and guests! So nice and so convenient. We signed with Hermitage about 11 months before the wedding. During the months leading up to the wedding several major upgrades took place with this venue. These included new beautiful epoxy floors, new white board and batten walls in the pavilion and new awnings over the cocktail area! Additionally, we went through a personnel change with the wedding coordinator. This was challenging for us and the new coordinator, Lexi. However, she persevered and delivered us everything we wanted and more! In fact, we were the "test" for the new elevated plated dinner service that Lexi brought to Hermitage. Under her direction, the staff executed a five star delivery for our seated dinner. The food was fabulous and compared top rated restaurants in Nashville. Hermitage offers a beautiful garden for the ceremony, an outside covered cocktail area that includes a putting green and an air conditioned pavilion for a fabulous dinner and fun dancing. Highly recommend!

Weeks later, and our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was! It was delicious, and our guests were truly blown away by the menu items we selected. They truly listen to each and every concern and do their absolute best to make sure that the day is truly special for the bride, groom, and guests. The People: The previous director, Ivy, worked with us from May 2023 - January 2024. She was absolutely amazi...
ng, so when we were told that she was leaving at the end of January, I panicked. We worked with the new director, Lexie, from February up until our wedding on March 9. My panicked diminished as soon as I met her. She was helpful, responsive to my ideas/requests, and had a customer-first mindset. I made a lot of tweaks the two weeks leading up to my wedding and she was very flexible and willing to pivot. The day of coordinator, Mindy, did a great job setting up all of my decor and keeping our heads on straight. Both ladies were also very patient with our 10 flower girls/ring bearers and helped ease the stress that comes with young children.
The Venue: The venue itself is amazing and well kept. They redid the floors, repainted, and updated the patio area. There's a bride and groom conference area to get ready in. It does need some updating, but it got the job done. The garden, cocktail hour patio/putting green, and reception pavilion were gorgeous. There's also on-site cottages that you are able to rent. Our families did and they loved it.
The Food: The food deserves its own review. 10/10. SO GOOD. Our guests raved about it. It's not the dry chicken you get at most weddings. Go with the chicken prosciutto and Manhattan potatoes. I still dream about those potatoes.
Last tidbits: This is one of the most affordable venues in town, especially given all that it includes. Because we didn't have to worry about outside food, alcohol, linens, tables, etc, we were a lot less stressed.
Overall, 10/10, would recommend.

Throughout the planning process, Ivy was incredibly patient and helpful with us as we made all the decisions that come along with planning. Between a great list of recommended vendors and her general wedding planning knowledge, Ivy is a great person to bounce ideas off (and was the best hype woman for those ideas!). She was always ready to answer any questions that would pop into my head. The quickness in her responses and attention to detail make you feel like you're the most important couple on her books.
In addition to the exceptional team, the venue itself is stunning. The recently done floors in the pavilion have given it an even more elegant feel. There are two location choices for your ceremony- the garden and the pavilion where the reception is held- and the ease in which they were able to switch due to inclement weather made it seem like an indoor ceremony was our plan all along.
There is a lot of flexibility in the way that you can plan your day with Hermitage Golf Course. There are several choices for how to serve the dinner and different choices for cocktail hour. They have a ton of delicious food options to choose from! We opted for the plated dinner service and passed hors d oeuvres. Our guests are still asking if I can somehow get the Manhattan potatoes recipe!
The day of, Ivy and team worked tirelessly to ensure the space was decorated and gorgeous and that once the guests arrived, everything was running smoothly. We also used their photobooth services and would highly recommend adding it as a fun activity for your guests! We also got to go out to get photos with the famous sheep, which was a huge highlight and an experience unique to this venue.
At the end of the night Ivy ensured that all of our personal effects and decorations made it into boxes and into our vehicles. Even a detail as small as an old reservation card that was on our sweetheart table made it into a box and we are so grateful for that thoughtfulness.

Ivy is incredible and a large part of why we booked this venue. She kept us calm and informed throughout our 11 month planning process and the wedding day. She was always eager to help, promptly answered our questions, and had great advice/suggestions. She completely understood our vision and made our dreams come true. You’ve likely read about the sheep, but HGC has a GOAT named Ivy.
We loved that you get access to so many spaces at this venue. We had our ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour just outside the clubhouse, and the reception inside the pavilion. Ivy knows so many beautiful spots around the golf course, and our photos turned out amazing.
Everyone LOVED the food. Banquet food can be pretty meh, but the food at HGC is truly delicious. Our guests raved about the pulled pork and the beautiful grilled veggie display. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and really elevated our cocktail hour. Ivy even packed to-go boxes of food for us to take home, which was a wonderful surprise!
We booked one of the onsite cottages for the nights before and after the wedding, and I would 100% recommend doing this. The cottages are extremely nice and staying on property made things much easier that weekend.

ny venue, its all inclusive and very affordable packages, and also that it was dog friendly! There was zero reason to say No to this venue.
Ivy had my trust from the very beginning, making each and every planning meeting absolutely seamless. I felt, as a bride, I should have been a lot more stressed than I was. But Ivy had a rapid response and solution to everything I could throw her way. I had the most enjoyable time creating our wedding vision with her. Not to mention, all the updates that took place during my planning process! New reception flooring, lighting, outdoor awning. Even though there are more exciting upgrades in the pipeline, I still felt like all the bells and whistles were for us!
Wedding Day was hands down the best day of our lives. We still pinch ourselves with how PERFECT everything went. Our golf cart sunset ride after the ceremony (by none other than Ivy herself) was a core memory of the day. She chauffeured us to our photo spots, took behind the scenes social media footage for us, AND even herded the sheep for our magical “sheep shots”! I was so blown away by all the hats she wore.
The entire staff treated us so kindly. Our guests RAVED about the food! Which was one of our biggest priorities. My entire day’s timeline was so fine tuned, that we were even able to have an extended time on the dance floor!
I have already sent at least 3 engaged couples to check out HGC and they are already booking up next year which is a true testament to what they have created.

nnot imagine having anyone else be part of our day. She did what most would say is impossible and brought our wedding together in less than 6 months. Aside from her stupendous level of attention to detail and amazing communication, her calming presence is what every couple should experience on what most would label an anxious day. I could sing her praises all day BUT that also goes for the rest of the staff. The food was delicious, the service team was friendly and professional, and even the folks that were on the golf course that day were lovely. Thank you Ivy and the entire HGC family for the best day!

is incredible, and you can have your rehearsal dinner at this location too! They are great with accommodations when it comes to special diets, as well as special requests. Ivy was there for me from the first walk through to the very last part of my reception! She even rallied together help when my hair and makeup was a no show on the day of. The whole day was a blur but she was there keeping me calm and pushing me through with the kindest heart. Now about the venue itself. WOW! First a golf course is beautiful year round so there is never a bad day. One thing that was so important to me when looking for an outdoor venue was the rain plan. Let me tell you it is just as good as the garden!! You will not end up in a tent or having to walk past your catering if it rains. You have a beautiful fire place surrounded by beautiful glass walls to see the course, and climate control! I also want to mention the price. For what you are getting it is absolutely affordable! Ivy will work with you to find a package that works best with your budget. Last but not least at all the unique experience of being able to visit with the resident sheep on the course!! When I say I looked forward to this for so long I mean it, and they did not disappoint! My Husband and I got amazing photos with them and I will cherish that memory forever! Ivy, the venue coordinator, is amazing. Not only is she an amazing person she is super organized and on top of EVERYTHING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR WEDDING HERE! I would do it all over again 100 times over and never change my venue! I also got compliments on how well everything ran at the hands of Ivy and my family was highly impressed! We ran ahead of schedule the whole night. We were able to eat with our guests and visit at cocktail hour without doing a first look! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to answer every question and do whatever it takes to make all of your wedding visions comes true. From late night emails to last minute requests, Ivy was always there to provided support. She even surprised us with cute behind the scenes short videos and pictures throughout our day. Our day was so magical, thanks to Ivy and her team at the Hermitage Golf Course!
The garden, golf course, and reception space were all so beautiful! My guests raved about the gorgeous property! I was blown away by the transformation of the reception space with the draping, tables, and linens. A huge bonus of choosing the Hermitage Golf Course is that the tables, chairs, plates, cutlery, and linens are included. There were so many amazing options to choose from! The reception space recently got beautiful new flooring that really made my tables and decor pop.
The food and cocktails were SO delicious and far exceeded my expectations! My guests raves about the cocktail hour passed hors d'oeuvres and the family style dinner with a delicious salad, sides, and entrees. The venue staff provided exceptional service from set up to take down at the end of the night. They even provided my husband and I with our signature cocktails right after the ceremony and plated our dinner for us.
We chose to rent 2 cottages on the property to get ready and they were very cute and the perfect space to get ready, eat lunch, and relax before our ceremony.
My husband and I are SO glad we chose the Hermitage Golf Course and I cannot recommend it enough for your wedding day!

By the time it was our wedding day, all my trust was in Ivy and she still managed to exceed my expectations. She knows how to handle your wedding day timeline and she helped with any changes. Ivy and the staff met all of our needs. Don’t let me forget to mention that the venue is absolutely gorgeous! Our guests have raved about how wonderful and gorgeous our wedding was, and we did minimal decorating. Our ceremony was in the garden with their beautiful garden chairs and arch. Our cocktail hour was on the cart path with water and golf course views, plus our guests got to use the putting green! Our reception was in the pavilion and the food was so so good! Some of our guests wanted seconds. Our first look was on the golf course overlooking the water and the sheep made the perfect background! All these spots (garden, cart path, putting green, golf course and pavilion) made for amazing pictures! We booked a cottage as an add on and you definitely want to do that if you can. Every vendor we selected said nothing but positive things about Ivy and the staff there. They were helpful, courteous, and professional all at the same time. I looked at many venues but this one stood out and I highly recommend Hermitage Golf Course Weddings!

They set up everything for us and took things down. They took so much stress off us which allowed us to simply enjoy our day! When dinner came, they brought me and my husband our meals to our table so we didn’t have to get up. That’s something really small but we appreciated it greatly! Ivy and her team really brought our vision to life and we could not have asked for a better day! Our guest all said how beautiful everything was and that the food was AMAZING! Ivy also allows unlimited planning meetings. She will listen to you and give you all your wants and needs and more. The pavilion has a gorgeous fire place, opening garage doors, & a brand new, beautiful white marble floor. The garden is so dreamy & felt so special. It’s surrounded by mature evergreens & feels so secluded. You wouldn’t even know you’re at a golf course. Having our cocktail hour on the putting greens was so fun and our guests loved it! We received so so many compliments on the venue alone, all of our friends & family were taken back by it’s beauty. Speaking of beauty, the event coordinator, Ivy Manfredi, has poured her heart & soul into this venue to make it everything it is and it doesn’t go unnoticed. She cares so much for every bride getting married here & I am so grateful for that. Ivy is a total rockstar in her field and anyone would be lucky to book their wedding with her. She put out so many fires, some I probably didn’t even know about! My florist was a complete joke & Ivy made sure to make the best out of the hand we were dealt. It rained almost all day but she was a hawk watching the radar for us to get photos at the perfect times. She truly was my savior on one the most special days of our lives. Emily, our day of coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She was on her A game at all times & made sure we were always taken care of. Ivy kept everyone on task the day off, and made sure it all went off without a hitch. She is a rockstar at her job! Honestly, the entire staff was so professional and kind on the day of the wedding, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was was phenomenal too! We had several guests comment on how delicious it was. We chose the prosciutto stuffed chicken and the beef brisket, cheesy potatoes, grilled veggies, and green beans almandine. I mean, my mouth is drooling just thinking about it again. They even packed us up some food to take home with a sweet note. All I’m saying is the property is beautiful, the garden is stunning, and our sunset pics are going to be AMAZING! It was a perfect day. You cannot go wrong choosing this venue for your wedding!

to the outside putting green and beautiful garden. Needless to say, we were able to provide a multitude of activities for our guests, young and old alike.
The director of special events, Ivy, was a true professional, really kind, and a pleasure to work with. She was easily available to answer any questions we had and worked with us to create the perfect reception set up... from the guest seating and cake display to the memory and gift table. The food was extremely delicious and plenty to go around. Buffet line moved quickly too.
Everyone had a fabulous time and the timeline prepared went off without a hitch. The bride and groom were also able to go visit the little sheep on the property and take sunset pictures.
The venue also has nearby cottages you can rent. We almost took advantage of the opportunity but decided to stay at a nearby hotel with our guests.
In all, we had a truly wonderful experience. The final bill was way more reasonable compared to most of the venues in the area... especially with what you received - excellent food, linen and tables, AND awesome service!

One of our favorite parts was sitting with Ivy, taste testing the food, and discussing our vision for our wedding. Her confidence and organization instilled confidence in our decision. We also had several family members coming from out of town that stayed in the cottages at the course. They found the location to be extremely convenient and buildings well kept and clean. I am so so glad my wedding was at Hermitage Golf Course and I could not imagine anyone other than Ivy being there every step of the way to make the day go as smoothly as possible!

Ivy was like Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner—she made sure everything ran smoothly, that the bride and groom were happy, and that our glasses were never empty. There are a lot of wedding venues in Nashville to choose from, but the value (and the stunning photo scenes btw) you receive from HGC is “par” none.

arge. However, that didn't stop Ivy from stepping into the role (I swear it was made for her) and going above and beyond for our big day! From the beginning she was super responsive to all my emails, excellent at keeping us updated on vendors/creating floor plans, and most importantly was so in tune with our vision. We couldn't have had a better place to have our reception and our guests cannot stop raving about the food, cocktails, and atmosphere! Definitely book here, it was a dream experience from start to finish!

Ivy was a dream to work with. She communicated effectively and as often as I needed. She didn't force anything we didn't actually want and there were no hidden costs after the fact. She completed requests like a breeze and greeted me after walking down the aisle with my/my husband's drinks of choice. She was our cool head all morning navigating little mishaps and keeping to the schedule.
Even for the golf event going on alongside us, it did not take away from our moments or distract our guests. I would recommend this event space to anyone who wants a scenic, accessible and budget-friendly wedding.

Ivey our wedding event planner was amazing, very professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Our guests ranted and raved about the food. The quality of the space was well worth the money - I suggest getting all three - the garden, pavilion and the gallery- the view is beautiful especially at sunset. I highly suggest getting married in the garden it’s gorgeous and very intimate. Most importantly they always led with keeping us calm as a bride that’s a must. They made sure sure everything was to spec and to our specific details. We had an amazing wedding and it was a beautiful day to share with family and friends. Great venue to make memories at.

month before our wedding, we were nervous since she knew us and what we wanted. Ivy joined and with only weeks to spare, she pulled off our wedding with flying colors. I can’t say enough great things about her and the venue. She kept us on time, made sure we had a plate of food to eat, helped us capture pics of feeding the sheep and I had to let my fiancé decorate and she chipped in to help.
