I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hero! From the very beginning, Jon went out of his way to get to know my husband and I, which was very helpful because he was easily able to select the type of music we would want to hear based on our personalities without us having to give him any direction. We completely trusted him and his band on their song choices. We had several check-in's throughout the 6 months leading up to our wedding where we discussed timeline, songs, etc. We had complete trust in Hero to deliver! On our wedding day, they showed up early to set-up and sound check and were very easy to work with. At the reception, they had everyone on their feet the entire time - from 5 year olds to 80 year olds. Everyone kept coming up to us telling us how awesome the band was (which we already knew) and it has been 3 weeks since our wedding and we are STILL getting calls, texts, emails about how much fun everyone had with the band. Their energy is ridiculously infectious and they played a wide array of music which helped keep everyones interest. If we had to do it all over again, we would 100% work with Hero again! Jon has become our friend and we plan to keep in touch with him!
I found Jon to be unprofessional and almost harassing in nature. He called and emailed numerous times (within a 4 day window). When his company was not chosen for the job he made mention of how we cost him future business.
Hero really made our wedding! They surpassed ALL of my expectations of how great a party it could have been. From the moment the reception started, guests were on the dance floor and barely sat down to eat. It has almost been 3 weeks since the wedding and my husband and I are still hearing how great the band was. They played to all age groups and kept the party going throughout the whole reception. Amazing entertainers!
Hero made sure everything was fun! People were dancing until 1 am, and wanted to continue long after the wedding was over. They made sure to play the songs we wanted. They made the evening absolutely fabulous!
Our goal for our wedding was to have everyone dance the night away and Jon Goska and Hero made that happen. It was a joy to work with Jon. He was attentive and helpful and delivered more than he promised. It has been more than a month since our wedding and peope are still talking about the band. They can play every kind of music and they are very interactive with the crowd. No one was sitting on the sidelines the reception...everyone was dancing, young and old. The band was one of two splurges we made for our wedding and they were well worth it. If having people dance is important to you for your wedding then HERO is the band that you want playing.
