like a no brainer to look into have our wedding at a place we love so much. After researching quite a few vendors in the central PA area, we decided that the quality and care that comes with a Hershey Entertainment Company event was what we expected, especially with the rising costs of vendors. HCC was the best choice we could have made! We got married on August 3,2024 at a local church, but all of the food, drinks, the cake, and dinnerware/tablecloths were all included in the package. We were able to rent upgraded chairs at a more reasonable cost at another local vendor, but they were still able to set them up for us. The team even turned one of the smaller ballrooms into a bridal “suite” with changing rooms, mirrors and a fully catered breakfast for our bridal party. The GM Kevin, the events coordinator Dom, Chef Jo, and the whole team are incredible and really made us feel like our wedding was their top priority, despite there being a golf outing at the club that morning. We had 160 guests and chose to do our cocktail hour in the Traditions room, followed by the reception in the Picard Grand Pavilion. Our guests told us the food was some of the best they’ve had at a wedding, and that it was the most fun wedding they’ve been to in a while, if not ever! We can’t thank the HCC team enough for everything you did to make our day so special!

Hershey Country Club is a stunning venue for a wedding with the picturesque golf course and gorgeous pavilion. We ended up having our rehearsal dinner at Hershey Country Club as well and the food was amazing for both meals. They were extremely accommodating and were so understanding with changes that occurred to the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though our wedding was not the size we had originally planned for it to be, Hershey Country Club helped us to make our wedding day perfect. We give them the highest recommendation and encourage anyone having a Hershey wedding to check into the Country Club!

very stage of planning and executing our big day, at times working overtime to overcome hectic and stressful setbacks from COVID-19. When the pandemic threatened our wedding plans, Keighla and her team were dynamic, responsive, professional and flexible with changes from state regulations. At a time when so many vendors started to buckle under pressure and disappoint, the Hershey Country Club never wavered once, stepping up to provide support in an emotional time, problem-solving event details and even coordinating with other vendors to pull our event together. They always assured us they had our backs and wanted nothing else than to help us have a safe and memorable day. As a bride who is also a frontline healthcare worker with a busy workload, I cannot state enough how truly exceptional Keighla was at assisting with planning. She coordinated transportation, linens, chair rentals, set-up and clean-up, day-of-timelines, and catering. Honestly, it was worth every penny for the help. COVID aside, the Hershey Country Club was a dream venue with fantastic ambiance, beautiful settings for photography, professional and all-encompassing service, and the most delicious and high quality food. We received so many compliments about how guests felt safe, well-cared for, and well-fed. My husband and I were particularly excited about Chef Tim’s efforts to not only accommodate vegan needs for our family but also create a unique and high quality allergen-friendly menu. In our search for wedding vendors, we had often found caters hesitant to serve guests with allergies or unable to come up with vegan/veggie friendly options that weren’t just a salad or noodles. This certainly was not the case with the HCC, who met all our needs and then some by innovating and designing a menu for our event. The HCC team has excellent culinary skills and were able to create a perfect menu that was delicious, beautifully-presented, and most importantly safe for all dietary needs. I RECOMMEND THE HERSHEY COUNTRY CLUB WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. The HCC is an experienced and reliable pro at creating flawless weddings. I am grateful for the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that ensured a memorable and safe day for us and our guests! I honestly wish I had more characters to rave about the service we received. You won't regret working with these folks--Promise.

Our reception in the Picard Grand Pavilion mixed rustic with elegance, the fire place was a great focal point for family pictures.

Her expertise of local vendors for music, photography, etc. was amazing. I never thought I could have the perfect wedding and Amanda and her team were exceptional. the planning up to the big day. She was always prompt to answer emails and kept everything in line with absolutely no stress!!! The venue was stunning. We had cocktail hour in the traditions room which is beautiful and all windows. We struggled deciding between the pavillion and ballroom for the reception and we quickly found that we couldn't go wrong with either choice. They both have beautiful windows and views of the golfcourse. We even had golfcarts waiting for us when we arrived and were able to take them out to get photographs on the course. The food was delicious and plentiful from the hors d'oeuvres through the appetizers, salads, and meals. Everyone had such a great time. I couldn't have chosen a better venue for my wedding day! Would recommend to anyone!

erent event coordinators during the year we were planning our wedding, and when one would leave or come on board, we weren't kept in the loop by the managment. However, once the third and final coordinator was hired, everything fell into place and she was wonderful. The food was good, the venue looked beautiful, and the staff was great.

meeting that we wanted to hold our reception in the Grand Pavilion. As soon as we could, we booked it. And it was absolutely perfect. The room itself is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the golf course.
The service was perfect. Angie and her team were on top of everything. They had someone focus solely on our table to make sure that my husband and I were happy. Angie even went as far as getting us breath mints so that we could greet our guests. She was prepared for everything. Each meeting we had with her gave me more and more confidence. I compared her to other vendors we had met with and she was just above and beyond them by far.
I would strongly encourage you to have your reception here if you can. You will not be disappointed!
