Hess Films

Based out of Syracuse, UT, Hess Films is a wedding videography company that specializes in heartfelt, documentary-style films. Owner Daniel Hess is happy to travel to couples across Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties to help them commemorate their milestone celebrations. Before opening Hess Films, Daniel earned a master's degree in documentary film in 2013. He loves using his camera to tell a story and capture authentic emotion, creating a true record of each celebration. Daniel likes to use interviews with each couple's loved ones to make each video even more meaningful. This filmmaker will go above and beyond to capture every little detail of the day as he tells a story, creating a film you can treasure for years to come. Some of the videography products and services offered by Hess Films include a vertical video to share on social media, as well as drone footage of the venue. Daniel is able to record everything from the pre-ceremony preparations and first look to the couple's exit. He's also happy to document the rehearsal dinner. Daniel can be accompanied by an assistant videographer, should the event call for it.
