BEWARE! Do not purchase from this person! I just was trying to ask about a small order for a wedding that I made the purchase for on 22 Sept 2019. I cannot reach the owner through ...
any venue, facebook, etsy or website. Looks like she completely disappeared and took my money. None of those places will even send my message because they are saying the place is closed or doesn't exist. How do I get my money back from the website?
Do not use this company on Etsy, their site or whatever else. I placed an order on August 31st and even double checked to ask if it would be here in time for my wedding. Renee Dani...
els (owner) said yes and they'd process right away. Fast forward to October 12th and I asked how they were going--no response. Then early last week I realized they hadn't shipped yet and never responded to me. Reached out again and then when I went to look at their FB I saw another person saying they couldn't get a hold of the store. I re-reached out to their store, no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with their store, no response. Tried facebook posts, texting, calling, commenting on Instagram photos (that they deleted and locked comments on) and still never a response. I even sent emails telling them I didn't need the flowers right then but just a yes or no what was happening. Nothing. Then on October 27th their store on etsy went offline. I spoke to the Etsy Team and they said their site was offline. Etsy gave me my refund and now I am scrambling for other flowers. I'm posting this review everywhere I can to warn off other brides. This wasn't okay. A heads-up was all I wanted to let me know if I needed another way or not. And then they ghosted. Y I K E S

Every was in awe of the beautiful wooden flowers Hey Bouquet provided! My hair stylist/long time friend couldn’t believe how perfect and timeless of an idea it was! The photographe...
r raved about how it was so much easier to work with my beautiful bouquet as opposed to a real floral bouquet. Renee was amazing from the jump, listening and getting everything done and to use in a timely matter. Two bouquets were unfortunately damaged in the shipping process and Renee was quick with response on how to return and get the new bouquets in a timely matter. Thank you Renee and team as our flowers were more than perfect.

e a special timeless keepsake from our special day.
Seller was very slow to respond during the ordering process. Bouquet took close to 10 weeks to arrive, which is understandable, but she was very slow to respond to any questions. W...
hen the bouquet arrived, it was damaged. She packaged the bouquet with a few pieces of packing paper and wrapped the bouquet in thin plastic. She refused to refund the money and has been blatantly dishonest when a claim was made. Not worth your time and money.
Renee is amazing!! I had a last minute snafu with the flowers that i ordered from a different company and was so relieved when i discovered HeyBouquet! She was very fast in respond...
ing to any messages that i sent to her and ensured that I would receive my wedding flowers in time for my wedding! They arrived right on schedule, down to the day she said they would be weeks prior! I had so many compliments on my bouquets and was sure to pass her information on to everyone! HeyBouquet is the only way to go!!!
We ordered all of the flowers for our wedding through R Hey Bouquet. Renee customized them to fit our colors and was very kind in all of our conversations. I was nervous ordering o...
nline but she did not let us down! I could not wait to open them when they arrived! T was not disappointed; they were perfect! So many people couldn't believe they were wood and it turned in to a fun party trick to ask people to hold my bouquet. They were shocked it wasn't real and they it was SO light. The only downside was that they didn't smell the best right out of package. Easy fix, though. We just let them air out the week before the wedding and I added some natural oils to the underside of the bouquet so that they smelled better. It wasn't noticeable on the day of our wedding and I really don't think it was anything that was her "fault". Thank you so much for all of your hard work on our flowers! We love being able to use them as decor in our house now as a constant reminder of our special day!
I was nervous going with eco flowers but I wanted something beautiful that would last forever, and Hey Bouquet has provided that! Renee; the owner was great, she responded to all e...
mails in a timely manner, answered every question, and most importantly created beautiful flowers for my June wedding that perfectly reflected what we wanted. She even incorporated Dusty Millers as a tribute to my grandfather (who was named Miller). The flowers are stunning! Renee took the time to keep me updated along the way and even held off shipping til she got the colors and flowers just right. She really cares about her product and her customers. Lastly, the flowers shipped and arrived within the time promised, undamaged, and beautiful. I could not be more pleased!
