any venue, facebook, etsy or website. Looks like she completely disappeared and took my money. None of those places will even send my message because they are saying the place is closed or doesn't exist. How do I get my money back from the website?

els (owner) said yes and they'd process right away. Fast forward to October 12th and I asked how they were going--no response. Then early last week I realized they hadn't shipped yet and never responded to me. Reached out again and then when I went to look at their FB I saw another person saying they couldn't get a hold of the store. I re-reached out to their store, no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with their store, no response. Tried facebook posts, texting, calling, commenting on Instagram photos (that they deleted and locked comments on) and still never a response. I even sent emails telling them I didn't need the flowers right then but just a yes or no what was happening. Nothing. Then on October 27th their store on etsy went offline. I spoke to the Etsy Team and they said their site was offline. Etsy gave me my refund and now I am scrambling for other flowers. I'm posting this review everywhere I can to warn off other brides. This wasn't okay. A heads-up was all I wanted to let me know if I needed another way or not. And then they ghosted. Y I K E S

hen the bouquet arrived, it was damaged. She packaged the bouquet with a few pieces of packing paper and wrapped the bouquet in thin plastic. She refused to refund the money and has been blatantly dishonest when a claim was made. Not worth your time and money.

nline but she did not let us down! I could not wait to open them when they arrived! T was not disappointed; they were perfect! So many people couldn't believe they were wood and it turned in to a fun party trick to ask people to hold my bouquet. They were shocked it wasn't real and they it was SO light. The only downside was that they didn't smell the best right out of package. Easy fix, though. We just let them air out the week before the wedding and I added some natural oils to the underside of the bouquet so that they smelled better. It wasn't noticeable on the day of our wedding and I really don't think it was anything that was her "fault". Thank you so much for all of your hard work on our flowers! We love being able to use them as decor in our house now as a constant reminder of our special day!

mails in a timely manner, answered every question, and most importantly created beautiful flowers for my June wedding that perfectly reflected what we wanted. She even incorporated Dusty Millers as a tribute to my grandfather (who was named Miller). The flowers are stunning! Renee took the time to keep me updated along the way and even held off shipping til she got the colors and flowers just right. She really cares about her product and her customers. Lastly, the flowers shipped and arrived within the time promised, undamaged, and beautiful. I could not be more pleased!
