their results. I was head over heels in love with my up do and makeup. During the trial Vikki took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes and tailored a hair style to be "me." Her attention to detail to recreate my trial for the actual wedding day was unbeleivable! Along with with her team of 4 stylists, they traveled to my venue and setup shop making it very convenient for my bridal party and I! Vicki setup a hair and makeup schedules time for each bridesmaid to keep the day moving and allowing extra time so we did not need to rush! If I could give more than five stars I would!!! Do not book this vendor. I hired this company to do my hair and make up for my wedding. They are impossible to get a hold of once you give them a deposit. I have them a deposit in...
January. It took me over a month to get in touch with some once to schedule my first appointment. We signed a contract with a timeline, they were late showing up to the venue. She took over 4 hours to do my hair and make up! She quoted my hair and make up to be done in just over an hour. And she was late finishing! I missed all the fun and pictures of getting ready because I was stuck in a chair! The owner told me that she was going to give me a discount because they ran late. We never got this discount.
It was brought to my attention that my mother in law was charged for the more expensive hair price. Even
though she had very short and was done within 20 minutes. So my 4 hour long hair do cost the same as her 20 minute one...
My biggest issue is that she had everyone write down their credit card information to charge them later. Everyone was left feeling very uneasy that information was written down, as they should be, this is against PCI Compliance. And no one got an invoice or bill. We have tried multiple times to get in contact with them to get an invoice or a bill and our discount but have had no luck in actually talking to her.

it looked. Vicki switched it up for me the day of my wedding (a big risk I thought) and I could not have loved the way I looked more. My hair and makeup was PERFECT. Everyone in the bridal party was just as pleased as I was. I cannot thank Vicki and her team enough for everything they did that day!

I found Hey Good Lookin through my wedding venue, The Wachusett Village Inn. They are a preferred vendor and were there set up with a table at one of the wedding tastings one night...
. I grabbed a brochure and called shortly after to set up a hair and makeup trial and was given Cassandra as my consultant. She did an awesome job and made me feel very confident that I was going to look gorgeous on my wedding day. The week before the wedding, my husband even went in and got a haircut from her (which was the best haircut he's ever had, considering he's been going to Supercuts his whole life- he couldn't stop raving about how good he looked!) and the day before the wedding, I also went and got my nails and eyebrows done by Cass. She is awesome. So friendly, and personable. The day of the actual wedding- she did my hair and makeup in the room they have set up right at the Inn. She even went above and beyond and came into my room with me and waited for me to put my wedding gown on so she could pin my veil in my hair. My husband and I already have haircuts scheduled with her again and will continue to go to Hey Good Lookin and use Cass as our beauty professional :) She is hands down fabulous!

We used Hey Good Lookin' for our wedding hair. Each styalist was amazing and did a great job. They enteracted with us and engaged us while getting ready which made it even more fun...
and helped calm the nerves. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
