-painted lettering and a portrait of our cat (which I was obsessed with), a custom bar sign, and a large, free-standing seating chart — all of which were cohesive, romantic, and perfectly aligned with our wedding theme. My day-of coordinator recommended Paige, and after reviewing several portfolios, I knew she was the right fit, especially when I saw that she offered custom pet portraits as part of her work. That was the cherry on top for me. The planning and communication process was smooth overall. We had a video consultation the week of the wedding, and Paige really took the time to ask thoughtful questions and absorb the vibe I was going for (whimsical, woodsy, and romantic). I shared my preferred materials, colors, and exact wording for each sign, and she sent over a proof that I was able to approve before the final pieces were created. There was a brief period early on where she was a little hard to get a hold of, but once we got through that, she was communicative, kind, and really easy to work with. She even offered a discount to make up for the delay, which I really appreciated. On the day-of, her work truly exceeded my expectations. The dark wood, soft moss accents, and gold hand-lettering added so much texture and elegance to the space, and helped tie everything together thematically. The cat portrait was a total show-stealer! If I could’ve cut it out of the welcome sign and taken it home, I would have. Paige has a great eye for design, and her work added a really meaningful, magical layer to our day.
