Ordered catering for 140 people the week before Christmas! This was an amazing holiday meal. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food was very warm and delicious. We will definitely be back. :)

Hickory BBQ and Grill was the best BBQ we have had in so long! Guests are still talking about how amazing it was! They also were so easy to work with planning what we wanted to coming and setting up. Hickory BBQ and Grill is incredible! We used them for our 200 person wedding a week ago and we are still getting texts from our guests raving about the food. We ordered the roasted chicken, pulled pork, mac n cheese, and baked potato to serve our guests. The roasted chicken was the best I've ever had. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly! The pulled pork was literally pulled off the bone right before they served it to our guests and was to die for. The mac n cheese was by far the crowd favorite and the best I've ever had. It was well seasoned and so delicious! The baked potatoes were smoked and delicious the day of, and even the day after as leftovers. Michelle at Hickory is a dream to work with. She is very responsive and made sure her team had all the info they needed regarding where to park, what door to enter, and how long the food should be served a week in advance so we didn't get any questions the day of our wedding. The folks at Hickory pulled up with their smoker one hour before the reception and set up the food and tables for our guests. We had previously tried their food at their food truck in Michigan and I can promise their catered food is even better than the food truck, which was hard to beat. We are so happy we chose Hickory BBQ for our big day and are now trying to get all of our friends to use Hickory at their weddings so we can eat their food again. This was the best wedding food I have ever had and we will definitely use them again!
