inner we hosted a "Welcome" dinner at Hickory House Ribs, Aspen. They have an informal atmosphere which was great start to our weekend. The restaurant is my husband's favorite restaurant in town so we knew the food would be fantastic. For us they did platters of ribs, pulled pork and chicken with au gratin potatoes, coleslaw, and Texas toast with included soda, ice tea, lemonade. Alcohol optional. We had the option of a private room but opted to be in the main dining area. The manager was quick with a reasonable quote. I did have to call independently to confirm details, but everything was arranged easily. On our arrival service was slightly miscommunicated to the staff, but it was quickly resolved and from then on everything was spot on, efficient and delicious.
