For an extra minimal fee, she also set-up our dessert table as our bakery of choice did not provide that as an option, and it looked wonderful! The food was outstanding - relaxed, comfort food, and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the bbq as well. At the end of the night, I had spoken with Hannah about taking our desserts back to the restaurant along with all of our other leftovers. However, our desserts (including the remainder of our wedding cake) was forgotten at the venue, so we did not receive the rest of our desserts or leftover wedding cake. Other than this issue, we were happy with our decision to go with their service.

We had the sliced brisket, pulled pork, ranch backed beans, and the pasta salad. The meatballs and grilled vegetable skewers were a big hit as well! The catering team kept busy the entire time the event was going on, which made me really feel like they cared. Everything was so seamless as far as service. I loved how the company clearly just wanted us to have a great time, and didn't try to just sell us on everything just to make money. Great experience.

uld choose exactly what we wanted on our menu. Hannah was always responsive and clear with estimates and pricing. The service during our wedding was so excellent and speedy. We received lots of compliments on the food and we had a large group of full, happy guests. There was a fee for service outside of Peoria, but we still felt like the pricing was fair and the service/food was WORTH IT. Highly recommend working with Hickory River!
