with great photo spots like the jail, barber and saloon. There is plenty of space for guests to walk around and look at. The ceremony was in the stable, but they also have an outside chapel area. You will have to see the venue for itself. I will say we booked and did everything for this wedding in 3 months. Kind of a tight schedule but all of the vendors they suggested were amazing. They made the entire event a success and as easy as it could be. The wedding coordinator the assigned to was Marilyn. She is knowledgeable , smart, organized and made us feel at ease. She is very detailed oriented. She has a lot of experience doing this and that really made us feel comfortable. I feel like most people I run into these days don’t really know what is going on. She knew what we needed when we needed it. She directed us and the group as a whole throughout the process. I really can’t say enough good things about her or the venue. They’re a lot of moving pieces in a wedding. I worked banquets for years. I understand the stress. But they handled it really really well. Bruce has a great venue and a great crew working there. You and your guests will have an amazing wedding there.

e is beautiful, the bridal and groom suites are inside a beautiful farm house that includes all you need to prepare for the best day of your life. All my guests said it was the best and most fun interactive venue that they have ever been to. The backgrounds are endless for pictures. Hidden Barn exceeded my expectations because Bruce and his staff went above and beyond with everything. 💕

the venue prior to choosing it. We were in love with the photos but they just do not do the place justice. The getting ready areas were a stunning surprise, my wedding party didn’t want to leave. They have unlimited photo locations and so much to see on the property it’s like having extra entertainment for the guests. This venue sure will not disappoint, I highly recommend!

and our wedding day went smoothly. My husband and I did not have to stress or worry. The hidden barn handled everything. Once we picked what vendors we liked and booked them for the date the Hidden barn took over and communicated with them on our behalf and made the experience a lot less stressful. The owner Bruce also checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. On our wedding day it rained right when the ceremony was supposed to start but they were able to give us the option to either start the ceremony late or move to the other chapel for the ceremony. We decided to move to the other chapel and Caleigh and her assistant were able to get the decor moved and proceed. We were very happy with everything despite the rain. And after it rained the sun came out and the day was beautiful. The reception was also gorgeous! All of the vendors we chose did awesome and they deliver to the venue (which was super convenient). I would highly recommend this venue!!!

are very busy, but this package made life simple. Contacting vendors was very easy (and FUN), there was easy communication between all of them as they know the property and other vendors very well. I didn't have to over explain my vision, contact them about itineraries, etc. They were ready to take care of every detail (certainly took the stress away). We had Shelby as our day of coordinator. She was amazing! I cannot begin to give her enough praise. The week before the wedding- I went a little "controlling" I joked I hit another level, I was a bride-o-path, I contacted her every hour with questions, thoughts, display ideas and she was so gracious to not only ease my mind, but to have ALREADY thought of everything to implement it day of. Examples: heaters, baby chair, signs, etc. She had it already figured out for me. I was SO happy with every vendor we used. I work in entertainment and have done countless "gigs" with DJs, catering, photographers, etc. Our wedding team was amazing, we were so blessed. Le petite sweet, DJ Johnny Blue Chip, flowers by Angie, Corwins Catering(they come with entire staff for day of, 100% recommend them over ALL the other catering options. Trust me. They are the BEST). Daylin for photography, we also used her recommendation for videography, Justin. It made it very easy to use our vendors recommendations. They had great rapport and you can see that in finished product. Very happy with them. Selena from Crystal designs initially gave us our tour and was there as we did our design session. She is great and was so wonderful in putting my vision together. For decor, we did bring A LOT of our own personal items, I wanted to get creative and make some of my own items to bring along, that's me, artsy fartsy. Shelby and HB team were very helpful putting everything together (better than I imagined) for me as well as properly packing it all up end of night. The entire team was very kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs and needs of my guests. The preparation was wonderful, communication easy, and the wedding day was an absolute DREAM. Thank you, Hidden Barn Venue for the wedding of our dreams! It was everything I could have hoped for and more. We are very very pleased. If you choose this venue, you will not be disappointed!

first time - it was great. We were only there for the reception and it was a HUGE guest list and everything was good. This most recent wedding in April, though, we had the strangest experience that really put a bad taste in my mouth (and several others close to the incident). They cut off one of the bridal party right at the beginning of the reception - and I know it's just because of how she looks. Which is how she looks normally. Her eyes always kinda look like she might be stoned. But she's not, she was born that way :-) Now they SAID she was slurring, but as someone who was standing with her at that moment can attest - she wasn't slurring. Maybe it was an honest mistake, whatever. It was odd. And if that had been the end of it, that woulda been one thing... But it wasn't. They locked the bridal suite when we (the bride) asked them not to. And this same person who - when she needed to enter the suite - was followed around by a staff-member. None of this was what we expected or signed up for. They made it sound like "Just don't have a party in the bridal suite"... It was an open bar, that's fine. But when you unlock the door for one of the bridal party and follow them around while they're inside? 2 people, of the bridal party, going into the bridal suite... should not raise alarms. It was all just WEIRD... And then whatever they said to the Bride (we had the grace to NOT mention this whole thing to the bride, as this stupidity wasn't worth it as she enjoyed her day) made it out like there was a big problem and people were drinking in the bridal suite. All I can say is. I don't know WHAT changed - the first wedding I attended, there was a LOT of drinking and partying and shenanigans, and no one was being bothered about it. That was November 2018. Now, April 2021 they're basically harassing people if they think they're at all inebriated (regardless of whether they are!). There could have been more communication, maybe ask questions if you or your staff is concerned, but cutting off a bridal party member who has had 1.5 drinks and has been busy ALL DAY with a wedding at the very beginning of the reception and then stalking them? Not the way to do it. I had a favorable impression of this venue before, but now I would not recommend: A) Open bar that you pay for through them. The cost was great, but I think it comes with over-the-top policing of grown adults. B) Having a reception without some discussion about how they're going to handle these things? C) If you have a fun crew, or expect to party, maybe find another venue all-together. And I know the excuses - you don't want to over-serve... and if that had even been CLOSE to the reality of the situation, sure. But, it's like you're TOO worried about it to run a wedding venue or serve alcohol. I don't know if it's new leadership/ownership - but, it's whatever. You've been warned.

The venue is meticulously landscaped and all the decor is so well taken care of, you can tell there has been so much thought put into every aspect of the place. As if the venue isn't enough of a reason, both the venue manager and the wedding planning staff are top notch! They went above and beyond for my husband and I, making sure the way we envisioned our wedding was exactly how it turned out. I highly recommend the Hidden Barn Venue to anyone looking for a venue with space, options, decor and a reasonable budget. I have received so many gushing compliments about how amazing the venue was and the huge part it played in making our wedding so perfect. Thanks again for everything!

right fit for us! It was easy to schedule a tour with Bruce who made the booking process efficient. The grounds are immaculate, the Barn is beautifully cozy for a reception, the new white chapel area was perfect for cocktail hour and the ceremony pavilion was easily dressed up with some carefully selected décor. We added on the full planning package which was the best decision because Michelle Sanabria with SMS Events & Design made our event a dream come true. Rustic boots and jeans aren’t our style so Michelle used Crystal Event Rentals to tailor our décor to bring out the most elegant sides of the venue.

We changed our minds a few times during the planning and Bruce was very helpful and accommodating with each change. Emmy was a blessing in disguise with all the help she did with planning, preparation, and the entire wedding day agenda. When you book with the Barn you get more then just a venue, you get a team of people that truly care about your wedding and are willing to help in any way possible. Through out the day the team constantly asked if we needed anything and were ready to assist us in anyway possible. I also HIGHLY recommend using their preferred vendors as it makes the day go even more smoothly and they are just as amazing as their Barn team. I would plan another event at the Barn without hesitation because of how amazing the experience was for us.

ecommend them! We were set to get married Sunday, March 22, 2020 and Covid hit. On the Wednesday March 18th, we decided to postpone the wedding. Everything was so new with Covid and our 158 guest list was down to 55 people if not less by that day. Thinking of everyone's well being we held off and all of the vendors and Hidden Barn agreed to postpone at no additional charge to me. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I was for that alone. We ended up getting married on November 22, 2020. We picked the all inclusice package, where you are given 3-4 vendors to select from for: DJ, Caterer, Flowers, Cake, Photographer/ Video Grapher. You are given bartender which were awesome, a day of coordinator which ended up being two and a half Michelle, Kayla and Abby did an amazing job!! We selected to add the photo booth which was a hit, up lighting, table centerpieces, chair coverings, which was all well worth it as we got to select what we wanted or an idea and Michelle and the team made everything come to life and did a beautiful job!! They were extremely detailed oriented, super attentive to everything and easy to work with. The bridal and groom suite is huge with ample room to get ready even with a large bridal party. The Hidden Barn is charming, super romantic and absolutely beautiful venue! All of our guests raved about how beautiful it was and different from other venues they had been to!! I would say for the cost it was of good vaue and well worth it as I did not have to stress really about anything. We were able to bring our drinks and alcohol and they served it for us which saved us lots of money! Thank you for all that you did for our wedding day to come true and be as perfect as we could havr imagined it!!!!

king beyond your imagination. The barn itself is gorgeous but then all the extras add to it. The saloon and the chapel plus everywhere you turn there are more places for photo ops. I love the swings. I had a fall wedding with lots of pumpkins and leaves. My favorite addition was the candy bar. Michelle, the wedding planner did an amazing job on it- it was more than anyone could ask for! The cake was decorated like a bitch tree with our initials. The catering company was out of this world. All of their vendors were top notch. My photos were amazing!!! I loved our photographs so much- Gea Isplash. Her work is incredible. Bruce the manager of the venue is very easy to work with and organized. The price was very fair when we compared other packages at similar venues in Orlando. Both Michelle and Bruce were very hands on and Michelle scheduled meetings with us several times leading up to the wedding.

r of seconds! The first thing that stood out to all of us what how well manicured the ENTIRE venue was - from the landscaping to the little details of the lights and decorations. The venue itself is so beautiful and you can tell they really put time and energy into making the whole atmosphere come together. In comparison to other venues we had already toured, this one had it all. It had everything we needed all in one place which is what we really wanted and it was about half the cost. There was plenty of room for both bride and groom to get ready, along with plenty of space for the guests to stay entertained while we were taking pictures. Our guests raved about the venue and how they had never seen anything like it. We had the perfect weather the day of our wedding! It was a little windy but the team worked together to help give us the grand entrance I wanted even if it meant forfeiting the big curtain opening. At night when the venue is all lit up - it is amazing! It's definitely a hidden gem in Apopka! The team was very attentive the day of our wedding and did everything they could do to help make it as least stressful for us as possible. They were very helpful throughout the entire process! We chose the DIY package meaning we did many aspects ourselves. When it comes to decorations they have it all and it made it so easy to bring my ideas to life. I can't thank The Hidden Barn and their entire team enough for making our day a complete fairytaile!
