t say no! We were in awe when we came back to see the grand opening and we were ready to sign! Everything that was included was amazing! We didn’t have to worry about tables chairs linens & the Airbnb next door was included for the bride and groom and just the overall look of the venue I knew I didn’t have to stress about decor because it’s beautiful just the way it is! I couldn’t take away from that! We only had to worry about our table settings and we went with the bare minimum for the ceremony space! The staff throughout the whole year were amazing! They answered every question and gave amazing advice for things to include on our day. Bryn was amazing in getting me organized to the day! She was apart of every meeting and even checked in after the wedding! Kim and Abby were apart of our whole weekend keeping us on track and running the smoothest wedding I could ever ask for! Nicole and Abby were also apart of our day and were on top of keeping me relaxed and ready to get married! No nerves at all! The week of our wedding we started it with a night at the wine bar we met so many of the staff and they were so helpful with recommendations on what to order and giving us a run down of the property. Friday was our rehearsal and all our family’s checked in to the other Airbnbs around the corner. It was amazing having everyone so close and wish I could have seen all the homes! They were absolutely beautiful! Friday is open to the public and they have a band playing but the privacy was still there with our Airbnb being right next door we had no issues with anyone being on our side of the property and no issues with noise! Kim and Abby ran through our rehearsal and we were able to enjoy our time upstairs in a private space away from the public but still felt included being able to see the band from the balcony patio. On the wedding day it was so amazing and had zero issues and the staff had everything under control I didn’t have to think about one thing when it came to our guests! And they were on top of making sure we were taken care of throughout the entire day! Made sure we had drinks in our hands and were hydrated checking in on us! It was so special! A dream come true! I couldn’t recommend them enough! The venue is beautiful! The staff is amazing! I can’t wait to take a Friday night trip out to sit on the patio take in the views again and enjoy my new favorite wine! They have special imported wines and I’ve never been a fan of wine but the moscato they have is amazing! Thank you to every staff member who helped us that whole weekend! My in laws were complimented how easy and stress free I was to the staff and it would’ve been that way if I didn’t have such amazing people helping me throughout it all and keeping me relaxed through ever step! Catering was amazing as well! They are contracted with greenfire in Rockford and they also had such amazing staff and I still am getting compliments how amazing the cocktail hour appetizers were and dinner!

le Airbnb’s on the property and golf carts to get around, allowing us to do everything there from Friday-Sunday. Starting with rehearsal dinner, we did it inside the barn and had food catered from Hidden Creek. The food was AMAZING (pasta bar) and all our guests had nothing but compliments. Wedding day we did the ceremony by the pond, cocktail hour on the patio, dinner on the upper patio under the tent, and reception inside the barn/patio. With about 175 people, It was a perfect flow around the property and gave everyone plenty of space. The staff was so accommodating and truly cared about us having the best wedding. The venue came with a day of planner who made the whole weekend stress-free. The venue already has a beautiful aesthetic and plenty of decorations, and we were lucky to be one of the early weddings after the new renovations. Overall, Hidden Creek Estates was the best choice we made and you will not go wrong having your special day here!

From start to finish the planning experience and actual day-of execution of our event was in good hands. I really appreciated the online planning tools that we had access to and always felt comfortable reaching out to Tara and Bryn (event coordinators) with questions. While I didn't always get an immediate response, they were always thorough in their answers and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. Our wedding day was more wonderful than we had even imagined and Hidden Creek made that the reality! I know we'll enjoy visiting the wine bar to reminisce about our big day and we'll definitely be recommending the venue to family and friends whenever possible.

tell they put a lot of thought into any additions they make. The venue is absolutely beautiful and unique. We received so many compliments on the venue. We loved that it was dog friendly and that there were accommodations on site. We loved having our wedding at hidden Creek. The online system they use for planning / preparation was such a great tool to have. Tara and Bryn are helpful and answer all of your questions. Tara and Amanda direct coordinators and handle all the logistics the day of your wedding and it was so helpful. We had a little confusion the morning of the wedding about who to go to but the kinks were worked out. Our outdoor ceremony needed to be moved due to the rain and the venue had the ceremony site moved so quickly and beautifully. Everyone was great to work with - The staff at the bar was amazing. My husband and I are so glad we got married here.
