Each element of this location adorns a rustic aesthetic, from its vintage-style barn to its open-air gazebo.
Nestled among acres of lush trees and greenery, Hidden Creek- Rockwall offers soon-to-be-weds a romantic setting to celebrate among Mother Nature. The property features an array of amenities for you to have a full-service experience on your special day. You and your entourage can start the day in the two onsite dressing suites, where you can prepare for the ceremony in style and comfort. You can then exchange your vows at the outdoor event space, which offers a romantic, tree-lined pathway leading to a large wooden pergola. Up to 300 guests can watch your life-changing event from the manicured lawn areas surrounded by lush greenery. Your guests can then move to the barn-style ballroom, where you can dine and dance among the rich wooden decor and grand chandelier. This event room also features a grand staircase, where you and your spouse can make an unforgettable grand entrance.
During your planning process, you will work with their in-house wedding planner, who will make sure that your big day matches your vision. You will receive the team’s undivided attention as they customize timelines, design your event floor plan, and make sure everything goes smoothly during your celebration. In addition, the onsite catering team can personalize your menu to feature their array of mouthwatering cuisine. reception in the barn with the beautiful staircase leading down giving it that classic beauty and the beast fairytale magic. Not only was the location stunning and beautiful. The staff behind this location went above and beyond my expectations. They were kind; respectful and were patient at every given moment no matter how chaotic things took a turn. Everyone was so welcoming and considerate and very friendly. I really felt listened to and cared about. closely alongside the Hidden Creek staff and entrusted them with booking vendors on my behalf, taking the vetting legwork and stress out of my wedding planning process. As a mom of two kids, one being a toddler, I just didn’t have the time to interview multiple vendors. They got to work with people they know, trust, love, and know their venue like the back of their hand. I was able to focus on the smaller details and make my dream wedding come true because of the help and guidance Hidden Creek provided. Specifically Brett, who is basically a wedding encyclopedia of knowledge. Without a doubt I would not have had the most perfect day without her help along the way. I cannot stress enough how choosing the all inclusive package made wedding planning so much smoother than I ever anticipated. For someone who didn’t have a vision and specifics in mind, this was by far the best way to go and I highly, highly recommend this route for anyone who is looking to take some weight off of their shoulders! Plus, the gazebo, the staircase, and the twinkle lights all make for a beautiful wedding and stunning photos.

hours and that we were able to get ready there and do everything for our wedding there on location. They provided us with some of their own wedding decor and linens if needed and we got a day of wedding coordinator, Brett Welch. She was the biggest blessing to have on our wedding day. Everything went very smooth due to her being there for us! I am the type of person who is very particular about how I like things and I honestly did not have any anxiety about anything all day due to Brett being there and helping with everything. There was not a moment of our day that she wasn’t there to assist. She was organized and thought of all the details we had not thought of. On top of that, if there was a moment I looked like I was looking for a drink or just anything in general she was already right there ready to get me whatever I needed. I never thought I would be so stress free on my wedding day and it was Brett who made that happen for me!!! I will forever be thankful for her and for such a beautiful venue! I highly recommend anyone to do a tour with Brett at Hidden Creek before you make a decision on your venue!!! She has so much insight and the venue is perfection!

Brett and Lanie were so helpful throughout the process whenever we reached out, and Lanie spent hours with us before the wedding to make sure she asked every question so the wedding would be exactly as we wanted it. I definitely recommend doing the coordinating package, it’s very reasonably priced and SO worth it.
They are the friendliest/sweetest people ever and it made the wedding day so not stressful. I’m sure things went wrong on the wedding day as they always do, but I literally didn’t have a clue about it because they were just so on top of it.
BEAUTIFUL venue, FRIENDLIEST people, and stress free wedding day, what more could you ask for?! Thank you guys!!!

working with her when we were about a month out from my wedding and she took care of EVERYTHING!! It was a giant weight off my shoulders knowing Brett had it under control. Now, I am a control freak and it was hard "Letting go and letting Brett", but OH MY GOODNESS- she did everything I asked, but 100000 times better!!! When my wedding day came and I saw everything set up exactly as I had imagined it I was almost in tears. Brett made my dream wedding happen and I can't thank her enough for it!! Later in the night- I was very overwhelmed by everything going on and had some anxiety and needed to sit down. The concern Brett had for me was so sweet and meant the world to me. Brett and my photographer waited on me hand and foot until I felt better enough to go downstairs. I only missed a small portion of my wedding and everything else was a dream :) It's totally icing on the cake that the venue is absolutely GORGEOUS and makes you feel like your wedding is out of a fairytale book, but having Brett with it. Man-absolute perfection!!!!

She really went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. She kept us organized and on schedule, made sure everyone was prepared, and even walked through mud to make sure we got the perfect photos (all with a smile on her face!).
