She was the true MVP of the entire process, and really was such a blessing to our day! She helped with literally everything, she was our hype girl, support, and even helped my bride and I fix our make up after we had about cried it all off during the ceremony. I couldn’t brag on the Hidden Pines team without also mentioning our other angel for the day, Carlena! She was on top of it! Raven! The venue was absolutely stunning and they helped us every single part of the way! Our DJs name was Brendan And he was full of energy and him and his assistant kept the party alive all night. I especially love the Ops coordinator Carlena as she made sure to load up a huge to go box for me and my husband, as we were to eaten up with nerves to eat during the wedding! One of the highlights was us after the wedding devouring all the yummy food that was catered and was amazing. The reception space is on the same property as the ceremony space which helps my out-of-state loved ones by not worrying about catching rides all over the metroplex. The ceremony space is so grand with super high ceilings, the bridal suite is perfectly sized for my wedding party, and the guy’s suite even had a TV! I immediately felt a connection when I entered and knew it would be perfect place to say “I Do”! Not only is the venue beautifully maintained, but the Walters Wedding Estates team are so professional, kind, and really put my mind at ease as I’m thinking about all the details of my big day! Raven, Melanie, and Jordan are the dream team! They are always available to help answer my questions, provide referrals, and guidance for all things day-of. I often forget that they do this for a living, so they’ve seen everything you can think of when it comes to planning. Being the only one in my family in Texas, planning can be hard and feel lonely sometimes. But having them there for me really made me feel like I’ve got this! The all-inclusive packages took so much weight off my shoulders and I’m not trying to find independent vendors. Cannot recommend this venue and the team at Walters Wedding Estates enough!

when we were mainly in contact with our event coordinator. Our wedding planner was primarily Payton, she was great! She made sure she had all the details perfect for us. We worked with Olivia with Design Haus for floral, and even though they had never seen the type of color combination we wanted before, she managed to pull it together and give us the exact design we wanted with everything!! The floral was absolutely beautiful! We worked with Alex with Erin Blair makeup and she paid very close attention to detail, and was very patient, fixing any little thing we wanted! Our DJ was Aiden, and he was amazing at making the many genres we chose coordinate and flow together. The whole staff/team at the venue was perfectly on time, and had everything setup when it needed to be. Jenny Layne Bakery did a great job, the cake was what we wanted, and it tasted AMAZING (highly recommend the "most popular" flavor). Then we have our event coordinator, RAVEN! She was a literal HERO! Right from the moment we started working with her, she was always available no matter what time of day it was, by text message. She worked hard to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and even helped us set up our own personal decorations that we had brought. She was extremely helpful the entire day, making sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, and making sure we had everything we needed! During taking some photos just 30 minutes before the ceremony my dress train got dirty, very noticeably dirty. We couldn't get the dark streaks off of the dress, so we asked Raven for help. She comes in with chalk, and gets every single mark (there was a lot of them!!!) completely covered and made it look absolutely perfect! Literally saved the day!

Especially having packages with majority of your vendors. There’s very minimal outside vendors which made the planning process simple. I’m a Type A personality and had zero nerves leading into our ceremony because I know were taken care od. I couldn’t of asked for anything better 🙌🏼

I absolutely was blown away with her professionalism and knowledge of wedding planning. Food: my guests loved the catered BBQ meal and all of the sides! I did not get to try much of it since I was running on adrenaline, but I heard rave reviews. The venue was absolutely perfect for our needs. Just be aware that the only two bathrooms are right by the bridal suite. It might be wise to tell folks traveling in to stop and use the restroom before they get there right before the ceremony. We added flowers to the beautiful mantle piece, and we took all of our group photos there.

We have decided to cancel our wedding almost a year before we are having it because of financial hardships. I was told that because we signed the contract we would have to pay 65% ...
of the money in order to buy out the contract when we have not talked to vendors or had meetings or even set up our bank information with the financing company. I was told that they don’t do any 30 day guarantees and are not really willing to work with us because “When booking a date with us you are taking that date off of the calendar for other prospects so that is why our policies are in place like they are. Once I hear back from financing I will let you know what's said but it will most likely be the standard 65% cancellation policy.” However, because it is a year in advance, the date we have (which was already a popular date) could easily be put back on the market in order to get someone to book it out. I didn’t really even see that as an issue. They told me to look into wedding insurance but they neglected to mention that wedding insurances do not account for “financial hardships” when cancelling, but only “severe weather, vendor cancellations, etc.”. All we want is to just get out of this large payment seeing as though we signed March 21, 2024 and we have been going back and forth with trying to just get out of this since April 2, 2024 which is less than a month since signing. Now we have to pay upwards of 9k ($ we don’t have because of our financial hardship).

As wedding day approached, our day of coordinator, Kymerlyn, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was the way we wanted.(Even when i changed my mind last minute or when people started to retract their RSVPs and needed to change the floor plan) She also helped solve problems as they presented themselves on wedding day which I am SO thankful for. The wait staff, bartenders, and managers all really took care of my husband and I, making sure we had what we needed while still tending to our guests and making them feel special as well. Our DJ Jay T and Jamal with CoHost Entertainment were so kind and really helped keep the party going during the reception.
I sincerely think our wedding wouldn't have been as spectacular as it was without all the staff at Hidden Pines.🤍

to seeing each other down the aisle. However Miranda welcomed us and our family/friends with a friendly smile. She showered us with plenty of water, orange juice, and champagne! The girls definitely had a mimosa to lighten the mood. It is definitely one of the most memorable and magical moments of our lives. Miranda and her crew were very sweet and informative whenever I felt lost or had questions. Everyone constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay and complimented on my appearance. I felt like a princess for the first time in my life. The boys had a blast in the gentleman’s suite. I heard from my husband they played plenty of games, and drank a complimentary beer. Miranda and my photographer even helped pinned my dress down when I told them I don’t think it’s altered. Everyone did a wonderful job! The entire crew and our friends even helped us clean up. Definitely got compliments on the venue all day long and still to this day. Thank you all so much for making our day magical.

The day of coordinator, Kymerlyn and Claudia are amazing! Their navigating skills to help my wedding day be as smooth as possible due to time delays (not related to any of the vendors or venue) was phenomenal.
Aiden the DJ is amazing as well!
By getting the vendor packages, it made the wedding planning a smooth process and we are glad we went with this venue.
This venue was perfect for us!

& Kymerlyn were fantastic. The dj Michael was great although the music was a little too loud for some of the older folks. The only issue we had was the heat inside the reception hall. It’s hard to keep a venue that size comfortable with a large number of guests in August in Texas during record breaking 100° days. But other than that, the day was a complete blessing and our family would 100% recommend this venue to anyone - just in cooler weather!
