Hidden Ridge Camping is an idyllic wedding venue located in Monticello, KY. Nestled alongside Lake Cumberland, this picturesque retreat is situated on 53 acres of magical woods - a perfect setting for a one-of-a-kind wedding. Our claim to fame is our outdoor music venue, Burnt Rock, where you can take over the stages for your ceremony or bring your favorite band and boogie the night away under the stars.
At Hidden Ridge Camping, we also have a large front lawn surrounding the property's main house, The Lodge, which is a beautiful, less rustic backdrop for a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or reception. You and your partner can even take over our open meadow for a dreamy wedding right along the treeline. On your big day, we feel you should have it your way, and this is a place where that is truly possible.
All of our packages offer wedding party accommodations, as well as an event location. The Lodge Package offers access to the main house, which sleeps 18, as well as the large front lawn. The Burnt Rock Package offers access to the music venue area, which includes two stages and ample open space, as well as all of our glamping options (6 total, sleeping 14), and three surrounding fields for primitive camping. Glamping options include: a yurt, two safari tents, a vintage RV, a school bus, and a micro-cabin. All offer power and queen beds, and select options offer water and AC, as well. They are located within a short walk from our bathhouse, which offers flush toilets and showers. The Total Takeover Package is just that - you have access to everything. It truly is the best of all worlds - a large house, unique glamping options, and a spacious, outdoor event venue tucked into the woods. While on-site, enjoy the beauty of nature on our hiking trails, two of which take you to the lake. Hidden Ridge Camping is also located within two miles of Lake Cumberland's premier marina, Conley Bottom, which offers boat rentals and stunning sunset views from its large deck.

Owners
John & Ginger have owned and operated Hidden Ridge since 2018, but their connection to this land goes much further back. The property has been in Ginger's family since the 70's and is where the two tied the knot back in 2005! Weddings on this property literally are woven into their story. Parents of 2 boys, Collin and Cash, John and Ginger love hosting events and have been doing so for as long as they've been together. They have hosted multiple music events / festivals at Hidden Ridge ranging from 50 to 500 people and would love for your wedding to be next!

Such a cute little winery! We have passed the sign for this vineyard for years and never had a chance to stop by. We finally got to last year and I’m so glad we did. It’s quaint, the owner is super friendly, my husband got to try some local cra...
ft beer, and even tasted wine for me (I was pregnant). Once I had our son I tried the wine and was in love! I can’t wait to go back this month to see what new items they have to offer and to actually try the wine myself haha 😂.

nd a bathhouse with a large hotel-like shower and rustic stage where concerts are held, or musician guests can jam, are only part of the charm. The owners John & Ginger, are amazing. Glamping tent with charging stations on platform with back porch rockers was fabulous! Super clean and comfortable but close to gathering spots, and other options include lodge rooms, tent or camping: will suit many types of folks and families. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Lola, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place!!! So excluded but yet with all the amenities. 10/10 will be back!

We stayed in the school bus, Lola, with our little kids. It was surprisingly more spacious than expected, and the extra comforts made for a better camping experience. The AC, gas stove, and water all worked. Beds were comfy and easy to put toge...
ther. And there's a relatively large fridge in the bus now too. The campsite has a grill, available firewood, and a nice firepit area, as well as a picnic table. A small fishing pond is up the hill, though we did not end up fishing this time.
We did not do much hiking, but all the trails looked enticing. We did go to the boat ramp down the street, and the lake looked perfect. You do need water shoes though, because those little rocks look sharp.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and my kiddos are already planning for the next time we stay in the bus.

We look forward to returning. We stayed in Lola, the bus. It was a very cool experience. I look forward to returning with my kids. John is an amazing host. They are also LGBTQ+ friendly.
