Texas Hill Country Wedding & Event Venue!
We've had the privilege of working at Hidden River Ranch many times over the years, and without question, it's one of our favorite wedding venues in Texas. As one of their recommended vendors, we've had the opportunity to provide photography, videography, DJ, and wedding coordination services here, and every experience has been exceptional.
The property itself is absolutely stunning. From the breathtaking hill country views and beautiful stone chapel to the spacious reception barn and scenic outdoor spaces, there are incredible photo opportunities around every corner. Every wedding we've captured here has its own unique feel while still showcasing the beauty of the venue.
What truly sets Hidden River Ranch apart, though, is the team behind it. The owners and staff genuinely care about their couples and their vendors. They're organized, welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the wedding day runs smoothly. As vendors, we know how much that matters, and it creates a better experience for everyone involved.
We've also attended their open houses and have seen firsthand the time and effort they invest in continually improving the property and building strong relationships with the local wedding community.

Wild West Weddings ™
Hidden River Ranch was absolutely perfect for our December wedding! The venue’s stunning Hill Country views created the most breathtaking backdrop, and we’re still receiving compliments on how gorgeous it was. One of the best things about this venue is how seamlessly the ceremony chapel and reception barn work together. Having both spaces on-site made the transition from ceremony to reception effortless for us and our guests. The reception barn is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for celebrating with all of our loved ones.
Beyond the venue itself, the team at Hidden River Ranch is incredible. They work closely with brides to accommodate so many different needs, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The only downside was that the chapel’s AC wasn’t working, so it was quite warm during our ceremony, but everything else was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to say "I do!" Highly recommend!

At Hidden River Ranch, up to 44 guests are welcome to stay on-site, with a main lodge and four comfy cabins on-site. Activities you can enjoy before the big day include fishing at the large fishing pond, exploring scenic trails, and even hunting. On the special day, prep for the festivities ahead in the elegant get-ready rooms. Then, you'll have your choice of indoor or outdoor setting where you can exchange vows. The Outdoor Pavilion is a beautiful spot, with a stage for the ceremony and a large water feature that makes for a charming backdrop. If you prefer an indoor location, the charming stone chapel is the ideal vintage setting. The Event Barn is a gem for receptions with up to 300 guests, boasting a cozy stone fireplace, soaring ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a covered patio overlooking the water feature, and built-in bars.

The events team at Hidden River Ranch, led by husband-and-wife duo Taylor and Lauren, is dedicated to bringing your wedding vision to life. Venue rental packages here include the use of furnishings, set-up and tear-down services, and the use of state-of-the-art audio systems. Taylor graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Marketing and Lauren graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Hospitality Management. Together, we make the perfect team to make every wedding/event dream a reality!
