There are two get-ready rooms available where you and your wedding party can prepare for the festivities ahead. Couples can choose between two ceremony spaces that offer the scenic Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. For your reception, you and your guest can enjoy cocktails and canapes under the sheltered patio or their beer garden. Hidden Springs Ranch also offers an indoor space where you can enjoy a seated reception in the rustic comfort of their ranch. As the celebrations draw to a close, couples and their guests can huddle around the fire pit to share heartfelt stories of the newlyweds. Hidden Spring Ranch can accommodate 200 guests for up to 12 hours, including set up and clean up. Hidden Springs Ranch offers a versatile space that you can transform to your heart's desires. ariety of vendors. Allison, the owner, was incredible to work with. Many of our vendors came from her personal recommendation list, and she made the planning process so much smoother. She welcomed us to visit the property multiple times, which really helped us visualize how everything would come together. The week of our wedding, the Windy Gap Fire broke out, and Allison was so proactive with backup plans that we never had to worry; her support meant the world to us. If you’re dreaming of a DIY, mountain-western style wedding, Hidden Springs Ranch is truly the perfect place!

did all she could to make our day special. On the day of the wedding she did so much to help us set up/tear down at the end of the night. The venue itself is also amazing. We were provided the flexibility to bring our own vendors and decorations to make our vision come true. The views all around are breathtaking and our wedding pictures turned out incredible because of it. There are so many neat areas throughout the venue for photo opportunities or for guests to hang out and talk. We would highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place in the mountains near Denver.

can’t describe the amazing views in all directions. Our wedding day was incredibly smooth. Everything at the venue from the catering prep kitchen, the bride and groom suites, and the ceremony and reception space were so easy. We had some rain at the end of the ceremony and into cocktail hour so were not able to use the corral but the front porch was a perfect space! We were able to pivot easily and I don’t think guests even realized. We had no problem setting up and then when guests arrived, everything was a perfect flow. On top of the perfect venue, we had the perfect ranch hand, Allison! She was so calm and let us do our thing while also being readily available when needed. We had the most amazing experience and I’d do it all again! Your guests will not stop thanking you for bringing them out to this beautiful space!

wedding that offered up character, fantastic scenery, and something unique outside of the typical ski resort venue (and cost associated with that). This hidden gem just outside Granby really offers it all. As soon as we toured the Ranch, we knew this was the place. The property is absolutely breathtaking, offers fantastic views all around, and so much privacy for a wedding. Most of our guests were visiting Colorado and couldn’t stop talking about how great of a spot it was. People were absolutely in awe of the experience. We enjoyed the ability to choose different vendors that fit our needs and the flexibility of really making the event our own. Though, if you’re not someone who’s up for the effort to put all the details together, this could be a massive lift for you. We would encourage couples to consider adding a few extra hours in the morning to their day (instead of getting to the ranch at 12 to start set up) it helped our set up and the morning feel so much more relaxed!! Allison, the owner, also made our experience extra special. From the get go, Allison was eager and kind about our interest in the ranch. She was knowledgeable and offered lots of suggestions and tips based on her experience. But she really came through for us in ways we never expected throughout the process and delivery of the event, making us even more glad we chose to be apart of her ranch family. All in all, our day at Hidden Springs Ranch was absolutely perfect. We really couldn’t have wished for anything else. Hidden Springs Ranch will hold a special place in our hearts. We would highly recommend this venue and owner for your upcoming wedding!

majority of our guests were from outside of Colorado and could not say enough about what a great location for an event. Allison is extremely helpful throughout the booking process until the even is complete. She provides recommendations for vendors though the venue allows for you to use the vendors of your choice. We used mostly vendors from the Denver Metro area, but a local shuttle service. The flexibility of vendors allows for you to use your budget on what is most important to you. During the event, Allison, far exceeded our expectations. She was on top of it, organized, helpful to vendors and went above and beyond. If you are well organized, you should be able to set up and tear down in the 12 hour venue rental. If not, consider renting the space longer or hiring additional staff to assist. We had great team of family and friends who helped set up and tear down but hired clean up help for the end of the night. If you are looking for a mountain venue, this is a hidden gem!

e. The bar trailer was a lot of fun and it is a nice place to use your creativity to make your wedding your own. The views are totally breathtaking! One thing to be aware of especially if you are having a bigger wedding- doing all the set up and tear down in one day was very strenuous and tough. Managing the many vendors you must bring in was really stressful so make sure you have a very good coordinator, ours was a disaster and it made it rough. Even with a good coordinator just make sure you have lots of very helpful friends and family because the set up and break down in the 12 hour window is a lot!

friends' wedding. We stayed at Sun Country Outdoors which was only 5 minutes away and offered a fun experiential weekend. The property has so many nooks for celebrating and dancing. Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains which was only an 8min drive to the venue, There was definitely enough to do up in Granby for the weekend and the weather was perfect. I would recommend this venue to someone looking for a place with an open vendor policy - especially if you want to bring your own alcohol to save $.

She’s open to letting you really create your own vision and all that that entails. She was even ok with us rigging up a disco ball to make my bride happy. truly astounded them. We cannot stress how special our day was because of this incredible venue. It was easy to find affordable lodging for our guests and every single attendee mentioned how unique our wedding was. With the ability to make it your own, this venue is a diamond in the rough! le had their ceremony in the upper ceremony spot with gorgeous mountain views. The post ceremony/pre-reception mingling was perfect, lots of outdoor areas for games, a casual cocktail and conversation with family and friends before the reception. The reception space overlooked the mountains, we enjoyed dancing til the late hours. Although our group did not maximize this option, there is a indoor game room off the reception space that is ideal for kids or young adults looking that want a distraction from the dancing. Truly, a lovely space and the owners offered a lot of flexibility for decor, vendors, etc. Highly recommend.
