If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue for a reasonable price, Hidden Valley Downs is the place for you! It is not too far from Hutchinson for those who are staying in hotels or who need to use Uber/Lyft. I purchased the weekend package, which includes the house and the venue, available from 8 am on Friday to 11 am on Sunday. Sandy, the venue coordinator, is the best; she responds quickly to all questions and is very helpful! The week of the wedding, I met with her to go over where I wanted tables for the reception, as well as what arbor I wanted for my ceremony, as I was having it at the outdoor ceremony site. The HVD crew set everything up how I wanted it when I showed up to begin decorating on Friday morning. They also direct guests on the day of the wedding to help with parking. They have a decor closet that is available for use if needed. A golf cart is included as well, which was very helpful in transporting members of the wedding party from the house to the reception site. The reception area has such natural beauty that I felt like I didn't need to do a lot of decorations to make it beautiful! I got so many compliments on how much people loved the space. The only downside is that the beds in the home are not the most comfortable, but all the pros are worth it for a couple of nights in an uncomfortable bed!

Hidden Valley Downs is a new wedding venue and event space located in Hutchinson, KS. Situated within a renovated machine shop, this historic venue boasts an industrial-style design and both indoor and outdoor event spaces. HVD features a large event space that can accommodate up to 250 seated guests and 300 guests cocktail-style, making it ideal for celebrations of all sizes and scales. The banquet room features large warehouse windows and a high ceiling with stunning chandeliers. The building is climate-controlled and offers a beautiful bridal suite for you and your loved one to prepare for the day. Additionally, a 5-bedroom guest house is included for our couples to fully enjoy their wedding weekend. The Hudson Valley Downs Team will set up and take down tables and chairs, which are also provided in every package. Outside caterers are welcome, and we have vendor recommendations as well. The venue is wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, and equipped with WiFi. We can customize a one-day package for any event during our off-season months. Please call for pricing!

outdoor venue, an indoor venue, and the house that has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. It was so nice being able to get ready with everyone around. Tara is the one that helped us through everything and she was truly amazing and kind. This place absolutely beautiful and for the price and the peace of mind it gave us, this place can't be beat. 10/10 recommend!
