Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn

Gorgeous picturesque venue! We got married here and it was the best day of my life! The beautiful Catalpa Tree we married under, the stunning views of the vineyard especially at sunset, cute Honeybee Caravan for the cocktail hour, everything was perfect! The ceremony and reception ran so smoothly and the staff was amazing especially Jenna! Could not recommend this beautiful venue more!

We are so happy we chose Hidden Vineyard as our wedding venue! It is seriously the most beautiful wedding venue. I had countless friends and family ask me throughout the night how I found the venue and say how beautiful it was. Getting married under the catalpa tree was a dream come true. The sun was just setting a little and wow it was so beautiful. The wedding barn is also so beautiful! It is the perfect mix of rustic and elegance, over looking the vineyard and pond. We had the DJ set up on the deck which was so fun! Throughout the whole planning process, Hidden Vineyard was so helpful and readily available to answer questions. They also have a ton of decor items that you can borrow which saved us a ton of money! Additionally, they have a preferred list of vendors which was very helpful since it can be very overwhelming looking for vendors. The only complaint that we had was they recommended putting the gifts/cards table (which we turned into the favor table) and guestbook in the far right back corner, which hardly anyone went by so we had about 100 left over favors and barly anyone who signed the guestbook. So defiinately recommend setting that up near the entrance/exit of the barn. But overrall could not reccomend this venue enough!

GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS! If you're looking for a simple but elegant venue whose landscape speaks for itself, this is the place for you. Our May 28th wedding could not have been more beautiful and we received so many compliments on how stunning everything was. Everything from the ceremony tree, to the vineyard, to the reception barn itself. Thank you HV for giving us such a perfect location for the best day of our lives.

Hidden Vineyard was spectacular for our June 2021 wedding. They were very on top of managing weddings during a pandemic and helpful in our planning process. The venue is absolutely stunning inside and out, the sunset in the evening was spectacular, the porch dance floor was great. They were so helpful during the entire process (especially Susan) and I am so glad we picked Hidden Vineyard as our venue.

This place is magical. Beyond that, there are many pros to having your wedding here. The staff is responsive and flexible, especially with the coronavirus pandemic. They have a massive decor inventory that comes with the venue contract which saves a lot of time and $$$ on decorations. The venue is very dynamic with the Heritage Tree, barn, vineyard, and yard. There is a large air-conditioned bridal suite for getting ready with tons of mirrors and seating. The rain back-up location is one of the best I've seen although we did not have to use it. Watching the sunset over the vineyard at the end of the evening caps off a spectacular experience. What a dream.

Hidden Vineyard was very helpful and accommodating. They helped coordinate the best day of our lives. Throughout all wedding planning they were there to answer questions, they helped accommodate our guests and kept us informed on state regulations. The team was a pure joy to work with. There are no words to describe how absolutely amazing Hidden Vineyard is. My husband and I got married here on July 6th, and it was the most beautiful day! I could not have imagined the day going more perfect. We planned our wedding over a 2 year period from out of state, and they made the planning process seamless! Kelsey, Susan, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and very organized. They helped me with the big details and even the smallest details I forgot about! I am forever grateful for them all for making our wedding a dream come true. We all had a blast, and we are STILL getting compliments from our guests on how beautiful Hidden Vineyard is. Hidden Vineyard was a dream venue for my husband and I. Planning from Chicago it was very hard to vision it coming together, but between Susan, Kelsey and Amber we had our fairy tale wedding! The grounds are gorgeous. The decor to use was perfect and communication was so easy. My guests loved the property and the list of vendors is so helpful! My day was truly a dream come true!

Absolutely, hands-down the best day ever! And majority because of the staff at Hidden Vineyard! Wedding planning can be so stressful. Susan, Kelsey, and staff were so accommodating! I was able to visit the venue several times prior to my date to be sure everything was perfect! Kelsey was extremely helpful and always available by email to answer my million questions and concerns! This venue is breathtaking and the staff are amazing! The venue has a relaxed feel. All my guests enjoyed the property. 100% recommend!!

Absolutely beautiful, this venue offered so many photography options and the venue is amazing. We got married in July and it was sweltering so the air conditioning in the bridal suite was a lifesaver. The staff was amazing in making sure our day was perect. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a country themed wedding.

Hidden Vineyard was our dream come true venue! Everything about it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and accommodating! They provide a lot of decorations for free so we didn't have much to make the space beautiful! Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

She changed things around to fit our ideas, had fantastic suggestions, was prompt, direct, and professional. From start to finish, our experience with Hidden Vineyard was phenomenal! Kelsey was imperative in every step of the process for us and handled everything with excellent punctuality, professionalism and fun! She mad great suggestions, communicated with our vendors perfectly and was there to make sure everything ran smoothly for us! The property was set up perfectly and was absolutely stunning! We loved everything about our day at Hidden Vineyard!

I had my wedding their in July 2018. The venue was very accommodating! I had 115 guests, and their was plenty of room for everyone. The bridal and groom suite was much bigger than many of the other venues that we looked at. Most of the decorations that were used for the wedding were provided free from the venue, so I saved money. The view of the venue was the best that we saw. The venue made sure that it was the perfect day for us! I would have my wedding there again in a heartbeat. There is no A/C available, but I got a perfect day-so it wasn't needed. All the guests were obsessed with the venue. It was beautiful, clean, and the perfect venue for our perfect day.

Our daughter's wedding was here last week. The venue is stunning. You need very few decorations because its simply hard to improve on. I heard many people say it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. Sue, the manager, was great to work with all the way through. The only complaint I have is about one employee. I don't know her name. She was apparently there to supervise throughout the wedding and reception. She was training another employee as well. I think she let her "power" go to her head. She was like a Nazi - harassing some of the guests and then complaining to the bride (she should've come to me) when others spoke up to her about it. (I should add that no one was being rowdy or disruptive, and we paid for a shuttle to the hotel afterward so there was no danger of people driving home intoxicated.) I spoke to Sue about it and she assured me she would talk to the employee. For what we paid for this venue, I expected our guests to be treated much better than this. I just wanted people to know. Its a gorgeous venue but it definitely had its down side for us.

We can't say enough good things about Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn! We came to look at the venue in the dead of winter, and even then, it was gorgeous! We knew right away that we wanted to have our wedding there. Every step of the way, they've made wedding plan very easy. We worked with Kelsey and she answered all of our questions and always responsive. Couldn't have asked for more! We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was; everything was so well maintained! They also had such amazing decor that we can use that decoration costs were kept pretty low for us. On-site staff was really pleasant and helpful and setup and cleanup was made so easy because of all of their help. It was truly an amazing experience working with them!

Hidden Vineyard was PERFECT! My husband and I are outdoorsy people and we wanted to be able to share that with our guests. The Catalpa tree was the most gorgeous ceremony site. It was lushly green and provided a good level of shade for the guests. Having the barn/reception site spill out onto the grass was great as well! Our guests made use of the space to play yard games, enjoy the sunset, go on vineyard walks, and had a great time. Also the porch is PERFECT for dancing. The AC in the bridal changing area is a godsend! They also offer a HUGE variety of decorations that you can use for free. I think we maybe spent about $100 on other decorations but primarily used theirs and they worked PERFECTLY! It made everything so much simpler the day of. They day of staff were great! They helped with questions we had, a spill that happened, and just all around helping the day run smoothly.

I recently got married on June 9th, 2017 at Hidden Vineyard and it was my dream wedding! The staff did an amazing job with helping everything run smoothly and the venue is just drop dead gorgeous. We got really lucky and had absolutely perfect weather which really added to being able to use all the outdoor areas of the venue. It was the most beautiful venue I could have ever imagined. The contract may seem a little intimidating, but they are amazing to work with. The catalpa tree was blooming for our wedding and it was stunning! We held our wedding at Hidden Vineyard in October and it was breath taking. The barn and the grounds are absolutely beautiful on a sunny or rainy day at any time of the year. We loved that we could use any and all rentals that the venue had with no additional fees. I planned our wedding from Virginia and Susan was amazing throughout it all. She was helpful with communication and always made time for us on our wedding planning trips throughout the year leading up to our wedding. Overall we had a great experience with the staff at HV and the Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn itself. There were only two negative things I would say about our experience. It rained the morning of our wedding and leading up to a littler over an hour until our ceremony time. Barn attendants refused to put out the plastic chairs at the ceremony site, something I was unaware of until just before our ceremony. The rain had stopped but we still had to have our guests stand. I wish I would have been warned at any point during the planning that had it rained or been wet, the chairs could not be used. It worked in our favor and added a more quaint feel to the ceremony but I did have that freakout moment just before things began because the ceremony site did not look as planned. The only other thing was the attendants casual attire. All of our vendors dressed as sharp as your typical wedding guest and everyone could tell which people were there on behalf of the barn because of their casual attire. All and all we had our dream wedding at the gorgeous Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn and would recommend it to anyone we know in Michigan in need of a venue.

The second we saw Hidden Vineyard, I had butterflies in my stomach. I knew it was the venue for us. They have an amazing property. The grounds are maintained beautifully, they regularly spray so there aren't a million mosquitoes, and the barn is nicer than any other in the area. The venue itself is a little strict, but don't let it deter you from using this property. They are strict to make sure the venue stays one of the nicest in the area. We worked with Kelsey leading up to and on the day of our wedding, and she was so easy to work with and helpful with any questions we had. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and Hidden Vineyard was the key player (besides the two of us of course :) ). They also offer a bunch of decorations you can use, which cuts down on your out of pocket costs for decorations and makes clean up at the end of the night a little easier. Their overall rental cost is a little higher than some other venues in the area, but after including all the chairs/tables/decorations it about evens out.
