Brian Graves from High Class DJ did an amazing job at our wedding reception! We have received so many compliments how much of a party and how fun it was! He was very attentive to all the things we requested to happen and met with him multiple times to ensure our reception was going to be just the way we wanted! Highly recommend high class in general, but definitely Brian!

We hired Chris to MC and Dawson as our DJ for our wedding this summer and were very happy with our choice!  The level of service we received was well worth the more premium cost vs. the other DJs we considered.  We worked with Chris on the planning side and he was prompt, made helpful suggestions, and did a good job answering our questions.  During the wedding, Chris brought great energy, was kind to guests, and kept the night moving along at a good pace.   As DJ, Dawson more than lived up to his large Instagram following and had the dance floor packed the whole night - even the waiters at our venue were dancing!  Dawson is clearly a very talented DJ and we were very glad that we decided to choose him for our wedding.  The microphones that Dawson set up on the groom and officiant were also high quality and worked very well so that no guests had any issues hearing the ceremony. An example of how High Class DJs went above and beyond was that despite us having ceremony musicians during our ceremony, they still asked us for the songs the live musicians would be playing so that we would have a backup ready in case the musicians didn't show up or had any issues.  We didn't think of this ourselves so despite everything going to plan, it was great to have Chris and Dawson thinking ahead and going the extra mile to plan for any unforeseen issues. No complaints and only good things to say about Chris and Dawson.  5/5!

Dawson did an amazing job!! He understood exactly what we wanted and read the vibe of the guests throughout the night perfectly. Our dance floor was packed from when it opened until the reception ended. We had so much fun!! Book Dawson if you want an unmatched wedding reception!

Just had our wedding a few weeks and we hired High Class Djs…they were incredible! You will not be disappointed. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire time. They were very receptive to feedback and vibes based on our guests and played music accordingly. They were also very quick to change songs or genres based on what we wanted. Cannot thank them enough for an unforgettable night.

He also assisted us with ceremony audio - which all 180 guests were able to clearly hear the bride, groom and officiant the entirety of the ceremony. We worked with Bryan for our special day and he absolutely delivered. I am still dreaming about how he helped us pull off an epic bridal party entrance that had every single guest up and out of their seats participating. Honestly, his smooth transitions with the ceremony music really had me in tears it was so beautiful. I highly recommend High Class - out of all the vendors we hired, I have nothing negative to say!

Dawson & High Class DJ’s killed it! We were worried about having a DJ because our blended family has very different music preferences. We had Latin, reggaeton, rock, country, hip hop even salsa play at our wedding and it was magical. They did such a great job—everyone asked us who was our DJ because they’d like to book them as well. From the ceremony to the last song, they were professional and incredible. Bonus: this wasn’t a set and play DJ—Dawson was actually spinning and making mixes. Everyone went wild. So important for us. Do yourself a favor and book them ASAP!

Chris was absolutely amazing to work with from the moment we connected! He was great through the planning process, and I really feel like him taking the time to get to know us through some initial phone calls was so helpful in making our wedding the best night! He was amazing as MC as well! We had family and friends raving about how fun the dance floor was. I never left the dance floor because it was so much fun! We could not recommend him enough. He brought energy and fun to our reception that was exactly what we were looking for. He does a good job of reading the room and knowing what will keep people out there. I loved how every song was played for the perfect amount of time so we had time to enjoy it, but then it transitioned nicely to the next song. They were so worth it!!

10/10, would recommend! Scott was great to work with for our wedding day! He was open to our suggestions and provided helpful feedback of his own prior to our big day. The surveys sent and meeting him prior to our event helped us get to know each other and plan a perfect night. He mixed music that kept people on the dance floor all night long. The up lighting and extras added were also well done. From ceremony music, microphones, cocktail hour music, reception introductions/dances/speeches, he kept things moving and on track. He avoided making comments and playing songs that were cringey. He took song requests and was a big hit with our guests! He took it upon himself to play us a private, last dance and videoed it for us as well. Thanks Scott for helping play a part in our perfect wedding day!

Chris was absolutely amazing through the entire wedding process. He provided exactly what we were looking for. Every guest was on the dance floor and we can attribute that to him. We knew we wanted to book Dawson from a recommendation from our photographer. When we first met with Chris he said “don’t book Dawson if you don’t want to party.” He wasn’t wrong, and that was everything we wanted! Would book him 100x over again!

Chris & Dawson DJ’ed my sister’s wedding in August 2023. They absolutely nailed it. I have been to several weddings as a guest and used to work in wedding catering and this is by far the best wedding DJ I have ever seen. The professionalism, the talent, the production quality, the swagger: A+. I was most impressed by their ability to facilitate the “run of show” for a 200+ guest wedding. Chris as the MC did an excellent job of keeping everything on schedule, keeping the energy up, and bringing everyone to the dance floor! I was also wowed by Dawson’s skills on the DJ table. He had a great selection of music that included the standard “crowd pleasers” while also mixing in new music to keep everyone entertained. His mixing ability was incredible. Too many weddings I’ve seen a DJ press play on an ipod and then sit back and relax. Dawson kept it fresh the entire night and had a sweet turntable setup that really elevated the space. Chris and Dawson exceeded every expectation of mine. This father-son duo is a must-book for your event! Worth every penny.

Brian from High Class DJs was the DJ at my husband and I's wedding! He was great from start to finish! He was very responsive at all times. He helped us out in all aspects of our wedding planning, as he sent emails often with checklists and reminders. Our portal for planning was so helpful and easy to navigate. He had no problem doing a karaoke add on for our wedding, which ended up being a hit! He kept the party going until the last second! Thank you High Class DJs and THANK YOU BRIAN!

Dawson was amazing! We were hesitant about a DJ vs band, because we wanted big energy and engagement, getting people onto the dance floor and making it compelling for them to stay there and dance the night away. Dawson was perfect! Many people told us after our wedding that he’s the best DJ they’ve ever seen at a wedding. He was a great MC- impactful but not trying to be the star of the show. The music mix was great- modern music, 90s, older- something for everyone and he included some custom requests we had as well. And Dawson was great to work with and communicate with to ensure our wedding was amazing.

All I can say is WOW! I am so unbelievably happy to have had High Class DJ’s apart of our big day! Chris and Dawson were amazing!! Throughout my wedding planning I received emails of reminders, helpful tips and a checklist to keep me on track which I loved! I was able to text them at anytime for help and they would respond right away! 45 minutes before the ceremony Chris came down to talk to the bridal party about little reminders which calmed some of our nerves before we walked down the aisle! At the reception…. TALK ABOUT A PARTY! Chris & Dawson kept the party alive all night! My biggest priority for the reception was to make sure people didn’t leave the dance floor and that wasn’t an issue at all!! We had to kick people off the dance floor before our first dance because they were already having so much fun! Brian at High Class DJs is amazing!!!!! He kept the dance floor at our wedding absolutely packed and did such a good job reading the room and our guests in picking/ playing music. There was not a dull moment as Brian looped each song into the next and it helped keep everyone on the dance floor. I literally did not leave the dance floor the whole night and I have Brian to thank for that. It was exactly what I wanted for our wedding. Brian, Chris, and the whole High Class DJ team made the whole planing process so easy as well. It’s clear they all work as a team and we received regular communication and emails from them (but not too much). Brian was very organized and we had a few planning meetings prior to the wedding to make sure we were on the same page with timeline, music selections, and all the minor details of the wedding. I had so many guests raving about how awesome our DJ was. Trying to figure out when I can hire them again! Lol. I would 10000% recommend this team to anyone.

We absolutely loved Scott from High Class DJs! He played all of our favorite songs and kept everyone dancing all night long. We loved how easy it was to communicate with him and we thought he did a great job making sure that everything was going according to plan. WOW! Where to begin Dawson is the absolute BEST. We prioritized hiring a great DJ because they truly are the heart of the event, from running the ceremony audio, speeches & reception. Dawson executed everything flawlessly. Our venue also told us that they host over 100 events a year, and they had never seen so many people on the dance floor!

My husband and I cannot recommend high class DJ’s enough for your special celebration. Chris was personable and made the night go smoothly and couldn’t have made it anymore enjoyable. We wanted songs that would accommodate to our whole group from younger adults to our older grandmas and grandpas and he did just that! There was not a moment at our reception where the dance floor was empty! Chris made sure we were prepared and took the extra time to even get to know us. He was outgoing and just overall very fun!! We received many compliments on our wedding party intros and our intro along with choice of songs played throughout the night! It was nothing short of perfect.

We hired High Class DJs for our wedding reception November 12th. To be honest we were VERY picky with our DJ choice considering we had just been to a couple weddings where the DJ ruined the entire night because he simply did not care about the vibe or if the bride and groom were having a good time Well I can honestly say I am SO happy we hired High Class DJs. Chris was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! During our planning process, he sent many emails checking in and giving helpful tips for planning. When we had our final call to go over our timeline and expectations, Chris was so helpful with suggestions on the timeline for the important parts of the night, not just the dancing parts either! Overall we are so so happy with High Class and can’t recommend them enough!

We cannot recommend Dawson enough!!! He was so helpful in the planning process and his regular emails checking in were awesome. During our planning meeting, he was so prepared and was ready with answers to my one million questions and a game plan ready to go. Dawson and Hadise were an absolute BLAST! If you are looking for a fantastic DJ, lighting, and other items to elevate your special day, then High Class DJs is your vendor! Chris, the owner, is so informative and nice to speak with. We hired Brian as our DJ and he definitely made sure there was someone on the dance floor at all times! We had one small issue with the media booth we rented, but Chris was right there to offer us something to make up for the inconvenience and we are happy we had the party mode lighting over the booth!

Dawson and his associate were super organized and professional, the reception went super smooth. They did a great job at getting the guest pumped up for our entrance as well as trying to get them out on the dance floor. The only reason I gave four stars was because I wish he had played more songs off the playlist he had us make, we had a different crowd and I think more people would have danced to the songs we picked. Overall it was still great experience.

I was very impressed with High Class DJs's use of a planning portal where we could make selections and choose the music for our wedding reception. Brian was great to work with and made our reception really fun! This company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

High Class DJs was probably the best vendor I worked with during my wedding/wedding planning! The company overall is professional, responsive, organized, and extremely helpful. They make planning super easy with a portal where you can choose songs for each part of the wedding and create the reception playlist. They also have DJ services at different price points, so they can accommodate a variety of budgets (at least they had a few options when I hired them!) Brian G was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing!! He met with me and my husband a few times before the wedding to go over the songs for each part of the wedding and he was super easy to get ahold of whenever I had questions. Brian was the only vendor who I didn't have any issues or concerns with before & after the wedding. He is super friendly and easy to get along with/talk to. He is obviously committed to creating the best possible experience for the event he is working. All of our requested songs were played at the right time and Brian did a great job getting people on the dance floor! I can't say enough good things about High Class DJs and Brian. I'd absolutely hire them again for a future event and highly recommend them to any bride/groom looking for a DJ!

High class DJ’s Is by far the best choice if you want the dance floor to be full at your wedding reception! They also provided our ceremony music which turned out beautifully. They knew exactly what we wanted and we were receiving compliments all night about how amazing Dawson was! Dawson knows what he is doing, he is extremely personable, and knows how to keep the party going. There are not enough great things I could say about him!

Our wedding day was pretty close to perfect. If there was one thing I would change, it would have been our DJ. If I’m being honest, I (the bride), felt like our DJ was annoyed with me. He didn’t play any of the songs we requested on our list (aside from the major ones: bridal party entrance, first dances, bouquet toss, etc.). My maid of honor had to BEG for him to play a singular song I wanted (that was on the original list). It just felt like it was his show and he didn’t care much for what he wanted, which was disappointing. However, I will make sure to note the positive. I really wanted an outdoor portion, and he made it happen despite the 100 degree heat. We did have fun with the songs as well, even if it wasn’t exactly what we wanted.

Dawson is THE best. He’s so professional and way too good at his job. We had a Friday wedding and every single person who happened to have a Saturday wedding the day after ours talked about how Dawson is unlike any DJ. Trust me when I say your entertainment should be one of your #1 priorities. If you’re in the STL area- you HAVE to book Dawson.

If you don’t hire Dawson as your DJ you are missing out!! He not only sent amazing follow up emails and reminders but he juggled A LOT of unique requests we had - multiple special dances and one with a unique transition, playing a custom song I had made for my husband, and so much more. When we talked a month prior, he made fantastic recommendations that I never would have thought about. And during the day of, he entertained our guests when we were running behind schedule. He brought the energy in the room up and multiple people shared how sore their legs were from dancing so hard. Thank you Dawson for being so dang talented and making our day perfect!!

Hiring High Class DJs was easily one of the best decisions I made for our whole wedding! We had DJ Rich and he had people on the dance floor the whole night. Not only that, he did our ceremony music and sound which went out without a single issue. His planning and communication allowed the day to flow really smoothly. Chris and Dawson are the absolute best. From the very beginning they were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They helped provide options for different decisions when we had no clue where to even start. Leading up to the day, they’re on top of all the details needed. On the day of - just hold on to your pants because they’re absolutely unbelievable. Not only were they the most recommended vendor out there, they were the most loved by our guests. My 80 year old grandpa said “this is the best DJ I’ve ever heard” and we’re still getting comments on how fun the night was because of the music. 5 stars all around for High Class DJs! Chris and Brian did an absolutely amazing job. We elected to do the ultimate package where Chris MC'd and Brian DJ'd. We also had them setup the camera booth which was a huge hit. Starting from the planning months in advance they helped to envision what we had in mind for the event. Day of they showed up well before guests and attendees arrived to setup and prep. The worked extremely well with our other vendors ( day of wedding venue manager, decorators, photographers, catering, bartenders, etc.). The reception went so smooth from the grand entrance all the way through the last dance. Chris kept everyone engaged while Brian kept everyone dancing the night away. What. A. Night.... Brian worked with us throughout the course of our engagement and even more-so the closer to the day of. Incorporating custom wants for the day that made it so special. Almost everyone there remarked on how perfect the night and DJ was. Even people sceptic of using DJ's for weddings remarked on how great he was. He was also so kind and walked up several times to us and asked how everything was and offered to do anything we needed. Just incredible. Thank you Brian for making our night so special and fun!

We can’t say enough how impressed and thrilled we were with Chris and High Class DJs. Not only did Chris go above and beyond our expectations, but he kept the day moving smoothly and always inserted touches of fun! From announcing an unplugged ceremony, to organizing our table reservations and even organizing our reception entrance plus guest book signing, Chris ran the show and absolutely blew our minds the entire day with his professionalism and upbeat attitude. He was prompt, organized and even checked on me (the bride) several times prior to walking into the ceremony to ensure I knew my day was running flawlessly. The reception music was perfect and there was never a slow or dull moment throughout the evening. Chris thought of every small detail, including asking the groomsmen to grab drinks for the bridesmaids, releasing tables to eat and even threw in personal touches we discussed during our initial meeting. Guests complimented him nonstop and are STILL talking about his performance almost a month later. We have already been recommending him to other friends with upcoming weddings and events. Our wedding and reception were amazing. People who do not normally dance, told us they were on the floor all night long. Chris expertly and seamlessly went from song to song, without pause and without people even realizing the song had changed. Our dance floor was never empty, just like we wanted, and Chris made that happen. If we could give him 10 out of 5 stars we would. Thank you to Chris for making a night to remember. My husband and I booked High Class DJs for our wedding, and it was literally the best time I have ever had out on a dancefloor. When we thought about what we wanted to enjoy and remember most, it was a fun dancefloor that never had a dull moment. We got exactly what we wanted, and I got compliments all night from friends and family about how awesome the music was. So many people commented on how well Dawson was able to read the dancefloor, and how engaged in the music he was the entire time. I have been to a ton of weddings that had good music, but no one has even come close to the seamless transitions Dawson creates, and the light displays and interactions from him and Chris just made it all even better. Dawson and Chris really know how to pump up a bridal party and crowd and I don’t think our wedding would have been as memorable if it weren’t for them. I HIGHLY recommend High Class DJs to anyone who wants to throw a party to remember. They are worth every penny and if my husband and I ever renew our vows, I won’t be setting a date until I know High Class DJs are available to book. I cannot imagine a better DJ and MC for our wedding. Dawson took the time to talk with us and find out ahead of time what vibe we wanted for our reception, they communicated throughout the planning process to make sure everything was ready. So so so many people came up to me and said how great the music was and how amazing it was that the dance floor was packed all night. We planned on doing an element that didn’t end up flowing well day of, and Chris and Dawson made me feel totally comfortable in the moment when i was about to freak out, handled it seamlessly with the rest of our team to keep the party going—no guest noticed. My venue coordinator even commented on how professional they are. If you want the dance floor packed all night and your reception to flow seamlessly, this is the DJ for you.

Dawson and Chris were absolutely clutch for our wedding day! They ooze professionalism and it shows in everything they do. From handling our ceremony, to seamless transitions down the aisle, to our reception, which we might add was everyone’s favorite part. Our guests ranted and raved about our music and our dance floor never stopped. Dawson had clearly created a specialized playlist for us that kept us and are guests dancing the night away, which is exactly what we dreamed of. Brian was AMAZING day of and through the entire planning process!! I was so indecisive (and clueless) about everything.. songs, schedule, etc. He jumped right in and made helpful suggestions, pretty much developed the reception timeline for us, and was always quick to answer any questions that we had. Brian continued to exceed expectations on wedding day. I didn't give him any song requests prior, only that he kept everyone on the dance floor - he definitely succeeded here!! Aside from the music, he also jumped in to coordinate and move the timeline along - this was SO helpful. We had many compliments from friends and family, along with some future brides reaching out for his contact information. Highly recommend Brian and High Class DJ!!

Dawson is the absolute best! He is well organized, so much fun, and knows how to keep a party alive. Almost all of our 375 guests made it to the dance floor at some point in the night and majority of them stayed out there all night. There was never a time when the dance floor was empty and the day after the wedding my family received so many messages from family and guests saying how much fun they had at our reception and how great the music was. I wish I could rate High Class Djs as even higher than 5 stars.

Brian with High Class DJs was AMAZING. He kept the party going all night long and was so intuitive to what we wanted and what our guests would dance to! The entire process was so easy with High Class DJs! Chris and Brian communicated with us often and sent to-do lists to keep us on track with planning our wedding. The portal we used to send our requests in was super user friendly, and we were able to meet with Brian before the date to go over exactly what we wanted. The day of, Brian made everything go so smoothly! He went above and beyond to help make our day perfect, he even took our phone and snapped a few pictures for us so that we would have them to look at the day after the wedding! Our schedule changed a bit day of, and he seamlessly rolled with it! We cannot recommend Brian with High Class DJs enough!

Our wedding was 10/16/21 and we have nothing but amazing things to say about High Class DJ and Chris High. From the very first meeting through our special day things were just perfect! They came highly recommended and we would have say we know why. Our ceremony was flawless and the reception went perfectly! Brian was amazing! He arrived on time. He was very personable and made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it. The whole team at High Class DJ's was very easy to work with and you could tell they truly care for their customers. Book them, you will not be disappointed!

If we could give Dawson and Chris more than 5 stars, we would. Whatever we paid, we would pay more. They were organized, professional, and attentive, but most importantly, threw an insane party. I'm not sure I've ever been to a wedding where I really noticed the DJ...but I am positive that our guests noticed Dawson. He absolutely killed it and we got more comments about his mixing than any other part of our wedding. Will recommend him to all of our friends in the hopes we get another chance to party with him.

My wedding ceremony was in the middle of a family farm. There wasn't any electrical outlets to plug into. Chris from high class DJ reassured me that they had a very nice expensive generator that they would bring to ceremony location so that we could play music and use their 3 microphones. The day of the wedding they showed up without a generator. Thankfully my family had a generator in their truck and had just enough gas in it to get us through the ceremony. Otherwise, we would of not had music or microphones for ceremony. Other than that, high class DJ was very nice, organized and easy to work with. High class DJ did a great job at the wedding reception. The DJ kept close attention on the crowd and carefully decided what song to play next. They even had a picture display of me and husband on the front of their set up. The DJ even helped call on tables to get people in line for food. They are definitely not your average DJ. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic night. I would hire them again.

We had Dawson DJ our wedding! He was very professional and went above and beyond leading up to the wedding and of course the day of!! Always asking if we needed help with anything leading up to the wedding.. even non-DJ- related things! Also did great guiding our very large wedding party the day of!! Only bad thing I could say is that we should have been more clear to him on the type of music we preferred at our wedding! Which is definitely my fault. The music was typical family-friendly wedding music! Definitely not bad! I just wanted some more rap/ghetto music played! Otherwise the night went perfect thanks to Dawson!!

Our dance floor was packed the entire night and the MC did a fantastic job keeping the reception moving according to schedule. Their equipment looked and sounded great. We also added the extra uplighting which gave the venue a really cool vibe. We would highly recommend.

My Husband had very few requests when we started the planning process for our wedding but his number 1 request was to find a GREAT DJ. When thinking through options we had a few friends refer us to High Class. Not knowing who they were or what they were about, I called and talked with Chris for a while where he not only convinced me they were the perfect fit for us and us for them, they also guided us to our incredible Photo and Video team. After talking with my husband we decided we could not go with any other duo than Dawson and Chris. The original date we wanted for our wedding was unavailable for Dawson so we began to look for a new wedding date. YES you read that right. A NEW DATE. We were that excited about the experience and vibe they would bring. So after booking them our meetings were great and they continued to make sure our wedding day was the best. But more than just the music and sound system for the ceremony, Chris helped to keep my nephew and ring bearer calm when he was causing my mom to have to walk away from my ceremony. He walked up and took my nephew and entertained him so my mom could stay and enjoy her youngest daughter getting married. There was a small miscommunication between my wedding coordinators and Chris also helped to get my desires, relay the information to the coordinators and allow me to have ZERO stress or worry through the entire day. Now Dawson... he is an energy ball and so passionate about what he does. Also THE BEST in the business! The dance floor (being a dancer/coach myself) was where I spent every minute of my reception and Dawson made that possible. He played every song at the right time keeping our dance floor full and his way of Djing is so different than most but by far the BEST dj we could have had for our day. Planning our day around them was the right decision! Here we are a month after the wedding (yeah I procrastinated doing reviews because I am still riding the high from such an incredible day) and just this last weekend we STILL had people telling us much fun our wedding was. How the DJ was "INCREDIBLE" and Chris was SO AMAZING to help with my nephew and put out fires that came up during the day. They truly are the greatest and we are so thankful for EVERYTHING they did for our day. I could not recommend this company but specifically Chris and Dawson more. You will never pay too much money for an experience, guidance, organization or just all around amazing time like they provide. Moving forward I look forward to not only making up things to hire them for but also convincing any bride I know to use them so I can enjoy them again and again even as a guest!

High Class DJs are the best around! We first experienced their awesomeness at a friend of ours wedding and they were nothing short of amazing. So we decided to book them for our wedding and yet again they knocked it out of the park. Brian was professional, easy to work and killed it all night with music. So many people at our wedding commented on how great the DJ was. If you are looking for a DJ to keep your guests dancing and entertained all night these guys are it!
