Pancita Pibil: Rich, succulent heritage pork belly prepared Yucatan style, served over a smooth black bean puree and topped with sharp red pickled onions. A deeply satisfying, hearty end to the lineup that brought a great balance of fat, acid, and earthiness. Alma Fonda Fina is firing on all cylinders. Between the seamless hospitality, the comfortable patio ambiance, and high-impact dishes like the hamachi tostada, it easily earns a glowing recommendation.
