The employees who set up the tent were amazing. But the woman who is the point of contact is not friendly and unprofessional after the payment was received. She attempted to charge us additional fees based off an “estimated total”. However the owner was great and easy to work with

High Peak provided special linens for my daughter's wedding cocktail hour and reception. Sarah was amazing and helpful. The vendor that offered one tablecloth thought we wanted to use for the cake table did not provide a sample in their catalog. We didn't want to commit to ordering something we thought might work. I wasn't about to pay a restocking fee if it wasn't what we wanted. Sarah not only worked with the vendor. She got us the whole table cloth sent to High Peak ( at no charge to us) for us to view/approve. She also, avoided a disastrous situation when the vendor's delivery driver tried to take the correct tablecloth and give us the incorrect color. Thank you Sarah!

They set up our tent exactly where I wanted and were so easy to work with. They allowed me to figured out what I wanted without becoming impatient, and I got exactly what I wanted.

We used High Peak Tent Rentals for my wedding September 24, 2011. They were wonderful to work with from the start! They really impressed me when they were on the way to the venue for set up and we had to cancel half of the items we rented because of the rain. We switched to another location and they helped us figure out what we still needed and didn't. They didn't give us one ounce of grief with the switch-up! They were a pleasure to work with!

Todd was so easy to work with! He made sure the tent would fit months before hand so we could expand our guest list. Everything was clean and delivered on time!

While the tent was beautiful, and products were quality, the service was disappointing. Vendor did not do a site visit, and when setting up the tent threatened that it would not fit and made a big scene about having to move the tent. Vendor - at his discretion - took half of the dance floor squares back with him. Our floor was WAY too small, and we got charged for the full amount, anyway. We spent almost $4,000 on a 40x100 tent, dance floor, 250+chairs, 35 tables and cloths.

I will always give them my business. They came to my home to deliver and pick up. They gave me a great price. The tables, chairs, and linens are in great condition. This was a great experience.
