High Society Party and Event Rentals

My husband and I rented their Mercedes G-Wagon for our wedding in October 2022. It was really hard communicating with them back and forth trying to get details worked out and scheduling, but with limited luxury car rental options, we kept with it. We had a really nice driver who took me and my mom to my wedding from where we were getting ready, and then my husband and I from the ceremony to the reception. We tipped him really nicely, as he was not sure he would be the same driver to pick us up for our sendoff after the reception. Either way, when it came time for our sendoff, they never returned. We had no car to take us from reception to hotel, and we were literally stuck, since majority of our guests left. I called the company, who tried to reach the driver and couldn't, so she recommended we get an Uber, said they would pay for it. An UBER! On our wedding night! I was furious, we ended up having to find friends to take us in the back of their compact rental Toyota to our hotel. The most unromantic and not fun thing you could possibly want on the night of your wedding. I demanded a refund as this was completely unacceptable. A couple weeks later, they only refunded half. I do not recommend this company one but to handle your car service for your big day.
