High Style Flowers

(we eloped in Chicago we are not from there) the woman I spoke with said yes they can do that please place the order online. I placed the order online as per her request and paid for the flowers and received a confirmation of my order. I requested a delivery on 11/3 the day before our wedding as they could NOT guarantee a delivery time. My flowers did NOT arrive on 11/3 as requested and confirmed. I called to leave them a message as we were sightseeing all day and she answered the phone. I asked what had happened to my order and was told she didn't know what I was talking about and she was at home so she couldn't check her orders. I told her that these flowers were for my wedding and that I would need her to call me back first thing in the morning. Wedding day morning of the wedding Monday, 11/4. She calls me at 945am to let me know that she declined my order. NO notice was ever sent, NO phone call, NO order update, NO REFUND nothing! As far as I knew everything was set and I had flowers picked out, ordered, paid for and confirmed! She told me no she was not doing them and she was sorry. Sorry? You are sorry?! OMG!! Biggest day of my life and you are sorry! I told her I wanted my money back and for her to send my flowers the ones I had ordered. She said no.... fine refund my money if this is how you are going to run a business then people should know! They ended up sending some flowers, NOTE they were NOT what I had ordered or selected by the time they arrived we were already gone with flowers we picked up at a grocery store! They didn't refund my money either. I had to contact my back to have them get a refund for me. NEVER EVER EVER do business with this shop!
