10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a brilliant, hardworking, passionate, and creative florist. We met with Sarah throughout our planning process and she worked with us and our planner to understand and bring our vision to life. She clearly understood the assignment. Every detail was perfect. Everything she created was unique and matched exactly what we were looking for. By growing her own flowers, she has an intimate understanding of what will work best. She created an incredible arch out of branches and flowers, aisle meadows that got repurposed to center pieces, and a variety of centerpieces for our 21 tables. Each table had its own, unique look - some with raised meadows, some with a mix of candles and bud vases, and some with a vase of flowers and candles. Our head table had 28 people, and she made each place setting feel special. She works hard to be as sustainable as possible, sourcing and thrifting vessels from local shops and vendors, and drying and reusing flowers when possible. Everything she created was beautiful, including a big fall bouquet. She also created a totally custom ceiling installation that hung over the dance floor - an absolute show stopper that all of our guests loved, and that the venue thinks will inspire some of their future events. Cannot recommend Highland Springs Floral highly enough.

Sarah made beautiful, artful arrangements from the flowers she grows locally herself. Everything is local, sustainable, and in-season. I was impressed with the skill and style of her arrangements. and her ability to manage flowers for a large wedding seamlessly.

Sarah from Highland Springs Floral was hands down our favorite vendor to work with for our wedding! The entire process was magical. Early into the planning, Sarah was very helpful with explaining what types of flowers would bloom at the time of year we would be getting married. She is good at educating, communicating, working with your budget, and has a huge emphasis on sustainability (which is certainly refreshing in the wedding industry). I knew I wanted a lot of color with our florals, heat of the summer kind of vibes for a late August wedding. And a week or so prior to the big day, I had the privilege of going to her farm and together we walked through her garden picking out all sorts of flowers I would like to have. When it came to the big day, I was thrilled with how much variety, color, and contrast was in my bouquet! Numerous people told me the florals were some of the most beautiful arrangements they had ever seen!! My bridesmaids are still raving about their bouquets because they had basil in them and thus they smelled amazing! She provided stunning centerpieces, ceremony flowers, and flowers to add to the cake which were all breathtaking and truly made the place even better than I could have envisioned. Prior to my wedding, I never cared about dried flowers, but this was one bouquet I was absolutely hanging upside down for two weeks and I now have my bouquet sitting on my bookshelf to admire daily!
