The whole planning experience was seamless and went SO smoothly compared to some of the horror stories you hear from other couples. I really was not stressed during the whole process, which was much nicer than my expectations! Everyone we met and worked with on staff was so kind, polite and professional so if the absolutely stunning venue didn’t sell you (which, how could it not)- let it be the staff. We truly had such a pleasant experience with everyone there. Dawson is flexible, understanding and is quick with communication- which is something I greatly appreciate. HighPointe also did our florals and boy howdy… be ready to see your pinterest dreams come to life and be a million times better than expected!!! Dawson works magic with the floral arrangements and has such a good eye for detail. There were a few design details I couldn’t make a decision on and wanted to make a game time decision, but the day of I decided to let him and our day of coordinator make those decisions and I am so glad that I did because everything looked so much better than in mind! Overall, I really cannot imagine getting married at any other venue and I am so excited to get our photos and video back so I can relive the day at this gorgeous venue over and over. your wedding day perfect. They are so responsive, care about every detail, and can also provide stunning decorations, rentals, and flowers. We hardly had to bring any decorations to the venue- they had it all and it turned out like a fairy tale. I never doubted their ability to handle every last detail with ease and were honestly more helpful than my wedding planner at times in making sure everything went smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough! The venue is stunning but all the little, thoughtful touches and wonderful service they add make it even more so!

d through the front doors is when it really started to get real. The vibe of this venue is LOVE and it is integrated into every aspect of every room. During our tour of the venue, Dawson had me do a “mock walk down the aisle” to music while Wyatt and my parents waited down front of the chapel. This emotional moment is what sold us on the venue. We also chose HighPointe for floral was well—and let’s just say Dawson and Kirsten worked diligently to make sure that my vision of floral was met. I think at one point Dawson named me “the “Anemone Bride”, and I will admit, I shed some tears when I was told there might not be MANY or ANY fresh anemones for my wedding. Ultimately, of course, Dawson and Kirsten did what they do best and found plenty of fresh, beautiful anemones to meet my whimsical vision for every aspect of our floral. If you know anything about anemones, you know that they are very delicate, but I still had beautiful anemones 2 weeks after our wedding. My dream of Bouquet preservation is REAL, and for that I am forever grateful for the diligence of the HighPointe Floral team!! The communication between everyone at HighPointe was both compassionate and exceptional. My liaison, Katie, was my go-to girl, and without her, I probably would have been lost. She was always there to answer my many questions, whether by text or phone call. EVERYTHING about HighPointe Estate made our wedding one to remember. We received so many compliments from our guests, who experienced firsthand what a stunner this venue is. Wyatt and I will treasure our wedding memories for a lifetime, and we are grateful for Dawson and the HighPointe Team for making our fairytale a reality. --The Colemans

icent. But what truly makes HighPointe Estate standout is Dawson and his team. We toured back in 2020 and were delightfully introduced to Dawson. Pulling up to the venue and walking inside my fiance, family, and I all knew that this venue was like nothing else we had seen in central Texas. However, Dawson is the special touch that makes this venue so magnificent. He believes in the specialness that surrounds someone's wedding day and it is his and his staff's goal to make it the most wonderful day in a family's life. We didn't speak to another venue that truly loved weddings and fulfilling people's dreams like Dawson did. We also used HighPointe's floral team (lead by Dawson and Helen). Again, a spectacular experience! They created my dream florals and were so extremely kind and helpful during the planning process. Helen was so sweet and patient with my many questions and requests. They really took the time to make sure they understood my vision. Also, they made finding vendors so so easy. They have a preferred vendor list (but you are not forced to use them), trust me and use those recommendations. Dawson only suggests the best in the industry, and all of the vendors were just as sweet as him and his team. We used their recommendations for cake, coordinating, catering, DJ, and officiant. This is a long review, but I cannot express enough how amazing HighPointe Estate is. August 4, 2022 (our wedding day) was such a special day and it wouldn't have been the same with out HighPointe estate, Dawson, and his wonderful team.

We also used HighPointe for our florals and that was one of the best decisions we could have made. Every floral piece in that venue on our wedding day was GORGEOUS!! And our floral hedge!! 😍 I cannot put into words how much we loved our floral hedge. Every inch of it was breathtakingly beautiful, down to the wood base that the florals were placed on. We are still in awe of every piece and we are so grateful for all of hard work that was put into our wedding. I had such a stress free wedding day because this venue was created so intentionally and so well, and is the perfect place for your wedding!

Helen and Dawson in the floral department did such a wonderful job in bringing my dream to life for the decor for my ceremony and reception space. We already had a date, all our vendors booked and family and friends with plane tickets purchased but suddenly found ourselves with a HUGE problem- the house would not be finished before our wedding day. With that being said, we had to scramble a bit to find a venue last minute. Somehow all the stars aligned and Highpointe was still available on only our date for the rest of the year and it happened to be less than 10 minutes from our original location. I had seen pictures of the venue from many of my friends as it’s a popular venue to get married at if you’re from Georgetown like us but when I saw it in person for the first time I was blown away. It’s so thoughtfully designed, Dawson and his wife are very personable and the grounds are beautiful. Although this venue was out of our budget originally, I will say our experience was fantastic!

d to 3/27/21, the "take two" two years in the making wedding as COVID crashed the original date in 2020. 3/27/21 could have not been more perfect! Dawson, Leanne and the floral team did an amazing job, they went above and beyond the photos we shared of Lauren's vision for her big day. I had a friend ask me if I needed help setting up decorations the morning of, I kindly replied no. I told her my florals are my décor, little did I know what I was walking into...I got goosies and it brought me to joyful tears! From an objective standpoint, the venue had everything we could want: beautiful detail and design inside and out, thoughtful architecture in both the chapel and great hall, and amazing ambiance nestled in the 40+ acres of Liberty Hill. Just as important, though, was how great Dawson was to work with. We were one of the couples affected by COVID, and thus had to postpone our wedding. What started as a 7-month planning process quickly turned into an 18-month planning process, and the support we received from Highpointe throughout the process quite simply restored our faith in humanity. No matter how long it had been since we were able to speak with the venue about plans or visit the venue for logistical reasons, Dawson was right there to greet us by our first names as if we had known him our entire lives. He and his team do a fantastic job at making you feel like you're the only wedding on their mind, and it builds a positive relationship that makes you wish you could formally invite the entire team to the wedding itself!

We first met with Dawson and we were immediately captured by his passion and incredible vision for the venue. During the meeting, he shared his design boards with us with such delight. We were all immediately smitten with HighPointe Estate venue and Dawson, so much so that we booked the date within days. It was such fun to witness the development of HighPointe and see Dawson and Leann's vision come to life. Just as Dawson promised, each space was “Thoughtfully designed. Artfully created.” We could not have been more delighted! With each visit we made to put final details in place, Dawson and Michele always greeted us with smiles and eagerness to please. They were so professional and took such pride in seeking to make the wedding day fulfill every dream for the bride and groom. They arranged for us to meet with James, who helped us prepare for a lifestream and setup for wireless microphones. On numerous occasions, Dawson went above and beyond to add special touches to our daughter's bridal portrait session, as well as the reception. We will be forever grateful to Dawson, Leann, Michele, and James for making this a day that dreams came true!

We toured the venue when it was still being framed and in the early stages of construction, but Dawson clearly explained his vision for his venue so well that we knew it was the one. Although we got married during a pandemic, Dawson did everything in his power to make our wedding all that we dreamed it would be. We had to make several changes the month before the wedding to comply with state guidelines, but Dawson handled everything with ease and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Every space at HP is stunning. The chapel took our breath away - the windows are to die for! The bridal suite is cozy, comfortable, and beautiful and made me feel so special. My hubby loved the grooms suite, especially with the lockers. The ceilings and beams in the ballroom open up the space so much. The patio is immaculate and is the perfect place for cocktail hour. Also, Dawson does flowers.... and he does them BIG! We chose Dawson to do our florals and my goodness, he blew us away! He exceeded every single expectation and gave me every single thing I wanted. I am still swooning over the floral garland that draped down from the piano and the floral garland on the head table. Everything was so stunning and smelled wonderful! Our guests are still talking about the flowers :). I loved every single thing about HP and I couldn't recommend it more for a wedding! To Dawson, thank you so much for loving me and my family and helping make my dream wedding a reality! I will never be able to thank you enough for all that you did for us.

We had to make so many last-minute changes to our wedding plans because #2020 and the team (especially the queen herself, Michele!) bent over backward to help make our dreams come true. We loved that the bride and groom's suites were on site, we had access to get married in the chapel or outside, and we could either have an indoor or outdoor reception. Love this venue!

Then our guests enjoyed a lovely cocktail hour on their expansive covered patio overlooking the breathtaking views of the property. Next was a full reception with dinner service located in their grand hall. And oh, it was grand indeed! As a new business having launched in January of 2020, it has been wonderful to witness their perseverance, 5-star customer service and professionalism. After adapting to every government mandate and all the new protocols in March/April of 2020, having developed even more of their own safety measures that went above and beyond what was deemed necessary, they have been successfully operating all the way through the pandemic when other venues closed their doors for good. Why? Or how? Because the folks at Highpointe Estate wouldn’t accept any other reality. It is my pleasure to offer a 5 start review.

anted to plan the wedding immediately. We married a little over 3 months from getting engaged. We knew we wanted a small, intimate wedding with our family and closest friends but I had NO IDEA how difficult even a small wedding is to plan in that short a period of time. After spending what felt like endless days trying to find ANY venue that we could rent quickly and would be acceptable to us, I was beyond frustrated and discouraged. We searched vineyards that wanted insane amounts of money for our small group. We searched for gazebos by lakes or rivers around Austin. Again, insane amounts of money for the small, intimate wedding we wanted. I called parks that I felt were pretty around the area to check on small pavilions. Either there was no where to have a gathering of people or I had to rent huge venues that would cost me thousands for a small group of people. I was quickly losing hope for the "perfect" wedding for us. Then, by the grace of God, I was directed to Dawson Clark. I called his cell phone number thinking this would be another disappointment but within 2 rings, Dawson picked up the phone. I told him that I had been referred to him by one of the local park employees I had spoken with about where I could find a wedding venue. I had no idea what a blessing was taking place for us in those moments. Dawson started speaking to me about the bungalow at his venue that would be the perfect size for our small wedding without forcing us to rent a pavilion or building to seat hundreds of people. He told me to get my fiance and head out to meet him at the bungalow after work. We met up with him and from that day forward, all of the wedding planning flowed effortlessly. My fiance and I were completely captivated by the beauty of the venue from the moment we arrived there. Dawson spent hours with us covering the planning for my dream of a sunset wedding in the garden of the bungalow. The venue itself was just breathtaking with the amazing renovation work Dawson had done to the bungalow with his own hands. Over the next few weeks, he talked us through every possible detail we could imagine to create the perfect wedding for us. He walked us through seating, china place settings, linens, caters, bartenders and even came through at the last minute with the wedding cake maker when another company flaked on me. My favorite part of all, Dawson and his wife made all of our flower arrangements. We had bouquets, boutonnieres, beautiful lily decoration pieces, table arrangements, head pieces for all the females in the wedding party and a big, gorgeous flower piece hanging on the beautiful gate behind us as we married in the garden. Once I found Dawson and turned my dreams over to him, he made every single one of those dreams come true and more. HighPointe Estate is a magical place. My wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and the amount of love and devotion to making our dreams come true that Dawson and his wife put in to our special day, will never be forgotten. The compliments my husband and I receive about our wedding and the venue are endless. HighPointe Estate exceeded all of our expectations and made the beginning of us sharing the rest of our lives together the most perfect day either of us could have ever imagined.
