From the moment we saw Higuera Ranch, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding day - elevated, inviting and naturally stunning.
And in the midst of the natural beauty of ...
the well-maintained property, a huge bonus of hosting our wedding here was working with Kristin. She leads with a kindness and passion that is present in every interaction, even the electronic ones, and we feel extremely lucky that she and Higuera Ranch are forever a part of our wedding story.
Being able to host our closest friends and families on the property and working with Kristin and her team to customize our wedding layout on-site made for an ideal planning process. Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the property was and we feel so lucky that we spent our special day here. We’ll always remember our ceremony by the fig tree, our dinner on the lawn and our couple photos up in the beautiful foothills.
And now, as we move into our marriage, we get to carry the beautiful memories we made at Higuera Ranch and the love and joy that gathered together in celebration there.
Kristin and the team at Higuera Ranch went above and beyond for our family in ways we couldn’t have imagined and they, not just the property, have a special place in our hearts. We feel honored to be a part of their Ranch Family.
Higuera Ranch was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! We fell in love with it the moment we toured, and now after celebrating our wedding weekend there, we’re even more in lov...
e. The property is breathtaking—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and special the venue was.
Kristin, the owner, was so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process and during the wedding weekend itself. She truly made us feel supported and welcomed, which made all the difference.
We feel so grateful to have celebrated such an important weekend at Higuera Ranch and are already looking forward to visiting again in the future. It will always hold such a special place in our hearts!
THis venue was amazing and made for the most magical wedding. It was so great to be able to stay on site for the weekend with the wedding party and family.

Loved everything about the experience and the venue.
So glad we found Higuera Ranch! Wonderful venue for our daughter’s wedding last month. We loved the location, setting and views, the variety of options for ceremony and reception...
sites, and of course the on-site lodging for a wedding weekend! Kristin was great to work with, she was kind, knowledgable, responsive and very organized. The property is well maintained and the two houses are clean and just truly nice places to stay in. Our family and friends enjoy staying on property with us for the weekend. Overall we highly recommend this venue!!
Higuera Ranch is a dream: both as a destination location for a long weekend stay or a vision for our wedding weekend. We were fortunate to have found it through mutual friends and ...
were blown away by its visually-pleasing event spaces, stunning backdrop, and caring staff. Kristin took particularly excellent care of us throughout the past 3 years and especially throughout the pandemic when we realized we couldn't safely have our wedding in April 2020. She is responsive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful and ensured we could still have our event last month. She and her ranch staff made our weekend perfect: many of our wedding guests said that our wedding was one of the best ones they've ever been to. We are so grateful and honored to have been able to celebrate there and are looking forward eagerly to when we can stay there again!

The venue was beyond beautiful and the location was perfect. The barns are amazing and there are so many other awesome additions like the vintage vehicles, bocci ball and horseshoes, fire pit, barrels that can be used as cocktail tables, chairs and tables, and onsite housing.
Chris made sure everything was perfect for our big day and even helped to drive us to the top of the hill to take stunning photos after the ceremony. This is the best venue we could've wished for!
We live in the area and were driving to the lake when we saw the Higuera Ranch sign. We had seen it before but it never dawned on us that it was a wedding venue. We were in the m...
arket for a venue and looked up Higuera Ranch and realized what it was and immediately made an appointment. The owner, Kristin, she was one of the reasons why we selected the place other than that it was absolutely beautiful and the pictures online do not do it justice. She was down to earth and made us feel like we were special and not just another couple coming to look at the venue. She was professional and wonderful to work with throughout. The ranch manager was wonderful. He helped us get through the vendor questions and is an amazing asset to the ranch and anyone who hosts their wedding there. We felt like family being there and that was a huge thing for us. We weren't just another couple and we greatly appreciate that about the ranch manager.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. It was absolutely beautiful. They promised us green hills in March and they were right! The hills were amazing and the barn lights were beautiful at night. Our family and friends can't stop talking about how wonderful and beautiful the whole wedding was. We are so thankful we chose Higuera Ranch and stumbled across it!
Absolutely wonderful venue! The whole venue is so clean and beautiful and was the perfect setting for our wedding. It is a large venue site and allows for multiple people to stay o...
n the property for the weekend and some people even parked their trailers on the back of the property! Chris and Kristen were both so wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process. My guests loved the different areas on the property for each event we had. I loved this venue and wouldn't have changed a thing!
Higuera Ranch is more than a venue, it is a whole weekend experience. This property is located just north of San Luis Obispo up the 101 and is tucked away at the base of beautiful ...
rolling hills. On property are two barns (which we used for the rehearsal dinner and reception), two guest houses (sleeps 24 total), a pool, a beautiful courtyard to host your ceremony, and lots of other useful space around the ranch. We had the pleasure of hosting our rehearsal dinner, ceremony/reception, and Sunday brunch all on property. Chris, the property manager, offered his help in organizing the wedding for the weeks leading up to the weekend and also offered his help during the weekend as well. He was very easy-going and responsive to our requests and helped make our weekend run smooth. Our wedding weekend could not have been more perfect or beautiful, and we credit this to Higuera Ranch. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so special and I hope many others get to experience the joy of hosting their wedding here.
