Hilal Coffee is a family-run mobile coffee bar bringing a fully equipped specialty espresso experience to weddings across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We're not a drip pot in the corner. We arrive with a professional setup, trained baristas, and a menu built to give your guests something they'll actually remember. Every drink is made to order: rich espresso, silky lattes and cappuccinos, cold brew, hot and iced specialty drinks, and a full range of teas and non-coffee options so no one is left out. Our beans come from a small-batch roaster and are pulled on a commercial Sanremo YOU machine, so what lands in your guests' hands tastes like your favorite cafe, not a catering line. Our baristas finish drinks with latte art and custom touches that turn a simple cup into part of the celebration. The name Hilal means crescent moon, and our packages follow the moon's phases, from a lighter setup for intimate gatherings to a full-service bar for large celebrations. Whatever the size of your day, we scale the experience to your guest count, your timeline, and your venue. For couples, we create a signature latte pairing: two custom drinks, one for each of you, designed around your tastes and finished to match your wedding. Add custom printed cups, a menu named after the two of you, seasonal syrups, and flavors that tie into your color palette and the time of year. We handle the logistics so you don't have to. Our bar is fully self-contained, and we coordinate directly with your planner and venue on power, space, and timing.
