Hilda and her team are exceptional! They did my make up for my pre-wedding photo shoot along with the hair & make up for my sister, mom, MIL, and myself during my wedding festivit...
ies!
I am personally someone who prefers a natural, feminine look, and Hilda was able to truly capture that while keeping each look distinct! She also did a great job of coordinating my hair/make-up to my outfits Hilda challenged me to step a little out of my comfort zone for my garba make-up, and I am so happy she did!
The make up never felt heavy and stayed put throughout each of my events (even after I had danced for like 3 hours at my garba lol). I got so many compliments on my make-up and hair throughout my wedding festivities, and their work made me feel incredibly beautiful (and comfortable) the entire week ❤.
Plus It was so much fun chatting with her during the entire process because she's such a sweet and interesting person! I would love to have my hair and make up done by Hilda & Co in the future, and highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a hair & make up artist 🙂
Hilda and her team were fantastic, professional, friendly, timely, and communicative! I used Hilda for all 4 of my wedding weekend events + my bridal portraits, and I was consisten...
tly impressed with her work. Hilda was one of the first vendors I booked for my wedding, because my sister-in-law told me she was the BEST for hybrid Desi-American weddings - and she was absolutely right. My (now) husband is Pakistani, so we had a traditional Pakistani reception one day and American reception the next day (+ a couple other ceremonies before/between). Hilda has mastered the hair-and-make-up styles of all the events... she was even able to help me pin my sari for my bridal portraits when my mother-in-law was unable to attend. I had to have a complete hair-and-make-up change between the Muslim and American ceremonies, and Hilda's team got me set with a completely new look in a mind-blowing 45-minutes. Hilda is quick to respond by text, Facebook, Insta, and email, so we were always able to stay in-touch about timing changes between events and so on. I highly recommend Hilda for all of the above wedding events - she and her team can do it all, so you are in good hands!
Hilda and her team are incredible! They were professional, personable and kind. On my wedding day, I truly felt beautiful. I had a fusion wedding and they were able to give me a lo...
ok that was classic but still glamorous enough to transition to my Indian reception clothes. Additionally, my mother and aunt also got their makeup done and they both felt so beautiful. They made my wedding day feel so relaxed and fun. I am so thankful for their work in making my family feel their best on my big day!
Rosie and Emma did a great job on my hair and makeup for my wedding day! They did a great job on our time frame of getting my bridesmaids and mothers ready for the wedding day on t...
ime to the church. It was fun and great working with these ladies. I loved my makeup! Hilda was very flexible and honored her word on little mix-ups that made the day less stressful.
Hilda and JC were amazing throughout my wedding weekend. They worked on me for three events and my mom and bridesmaids on the actual wedding day. I love the way I look in every pic...
ture from my wedding because Hilda made me look AMAZING but still like my true self, which was my biggest worry after seeing some of my friends' makeup on their big day. She made me look natural and fresh. JC did my hair and did not disappoint. I had three very specific, VERY different hairstyles in mind - one faux hawk, one updo, and one down - he executed amazingly. AND I did not have to check my hair for the rest of the night - everything stayed in place all night. Thank you so much Hilda and Co - y'all were amazing!
I hired Hilda for hair and makeup services for me and my sister, for my wedding ceremony and reception in August. I live in a different state, and after a lot(!) of online research...
, I found Hilda. The minute I saw her online portfolio, I knew that Hilda was the artist that I could trust for my big day.
Hilda took care of our makeup, and Emma took care of our hair for both events. I cannot begin to rave about how uber talented both these ladies are! I did a makeup trial with Hilda before the D-Day, and since I was coming in from out of state only the day before, I had to schedule a last-minute appointment for the trial. Hilda was SO accommodating throughout, and squeezed in a makeup trial for me, so that I could be more at peace on the D-day. She is extremely personable, and is phenomenal at what she does. She understood my preferences, and made sure I was happy with the end result myself - rather than insisting on "in" looks for the sake of it, she made sure that the end result was a perfect combination of what I was comfortable with, as well as what she knew would go well on me. I needed a very traditional Indian bridal hairdo for my ceremony, and had a very specific look in mind for the reception. All I did was show Emma some pictures for reference, and she hit the ball out of the park! I am so impressed with her work. My sister too has only great things to say about Hilda and Emma, and we were both delighted with our looks.
I am SO glad that I came across Hilda's portfolio, and that she and Emma were available to pretty me up on my big day. If you live in the Houston area, and/or have an event in the area - please, please, hire Hilda and her team. Weddings are a big deal to begin with, and a bride really shouldn't have to deal with uncomfortable surprises on her D-Day - which is why, you need to hire Hilda and her team, and let them take care of your look for you. It is an investment that you will be glad you made!
Hilda was really amazing! She really nailed every single look I was going for, she was so patient, very punctual, and works super fast!
I love her work and her professionalism....

ng up to the event and was punctual and with a great and pleasant demeanor. Her work is flawless and I received so many compliments about the way I looked that evening. I can't say enough good things about Hilda but she is DEFINITELY money well spent and as a bride you deserve it!

o why I got in touch with her as soon as we set our date!) Hilda is professional and caring and SUPER sweet! She knows how special the occassion is for you and does her absolute best to make you look stunning! She makes sure that you get the look that you desired and is totally okay to adjust things if you change your mind on things! Hilda and her team got me and 4 other attendees ready for each day of our events and we all felt like a million bucks. Not to mention, the makeup and hair lasted ALL night! Don't look anywhere else for any party or wedding hair/makeup, book Hilda right away!!!!
