My husband and I had a private event at our home heavy on Valentine’s Day theme and Hill Country Catering Company delivered such a beautiful and fun presentation for our guests that everyone loved! Not only was the presentation amazing but the...

food was spectacular. The bacon bouquet served in a vase was such a hit, the sweet charcuterie board was gorgeous and impressive including hand made chocolates, the main course with dry aged beef was decadently delicious. We will definitely hire them again for future events. Highly recommend!

Shannon Van Dorn

Owner

HCCC is the vision of Chef Shannon Van Dorn. She has worked in the most celebrated kitchens Austin has to offer. After attending the Escoffier Culinary School she went to work for Texas' no.1 Chef of '19, Phillip Spear in his restaurant, Bonhommie. From there she has worked in kitchens such as Bryce Gillmore's Odd Duck, Stella at The Westin, Holy Roller, Hank's, Facebook and more. After becoming Event Sous Chef for the Peached Tortilla her passion for catering Austin's top weddings and events was sealed. Now she has set out to build HCCC focusing on all the taste Central Texas has to offer.
