Hill Country Tasting Room

Great space for our rehearsal dinner! We had about 25 people and the space was perfect. They have a great selection of beer, wine, ciders and mead. The owners were amazing and the communication was spot on. We will definitely be coming back for a drink during their normal hours.

We had my husband’s 50th birthday party at Hill Country Tasting Room. Deepa was so helpful with coordinating all of the details. We met beforehand to plan where to place the food, decorations, and talk about special drink offerings. The staff was super friendly, went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and made it a very special night. We had a party of about 25 and the space was perfect! Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Hill Country Tasting Room is a wonderful find - I strongly recommend it! We rented out the entire venue for our rehearsal dinner, and it was absolutely perfect. We had ~50 people with an outside catered buffet dinner, and the venue was the perfect size - it still felt intimate during the speeches, but there was enough room for everyone to sit, eat, and mingle. The layout worked really well for us - for dinner, people could sit and eat on both the ground floor and mezzanine, and for speeches people mingled on the ground floor while the speeches were held on the landing. We love the atmosphere there - a combination of industrial, rustic, and chic that totally matched the vibe we were going for! Planning was a breeze too - first Lindsey and then Deepa were both so accommodating and answered all our questions. Especially compared to some of the other venues I was talking to, Hill Country Tasting Room responded so quickly, kindly, and didn't mind when I asked a bunch of questions! I would definitely recommend them for hosting an event. The drinks themselves were also amazing. We loved that it was all Texas beverages, and there were so many options! We were so glad to find a place that offered such a wide variety. On the actual night of the rehearsal dinner, the bartenders were so helpful - I even got comments back from a couple of guests stating how nice they were! I can't wait until our next visit to the Dripping Springs area - we are definitely going back!

We had an outstanding experience hosting a private event for the Circle C Moms Club at Hill Country Tasting Room March 3rd. Deepa was extremely easy to work with. We paid to have the space to ourselves, which was one of the best rates in town, and prepurchased some wine for her for our group as well as had separate tabs. Deepa and her team handled our group of over 65 women with ease. They have a modern farmhouse chic style that was perfect for us as well as a wide selection of beers and wine. We were able to bring in our own food and Deepa also offered to help arrange a food truck as well. There were no surprises and everything went exactly as planned and discussed. We look forward to hosting future events at Hill Country Tasting Room.

I had such a great experience with Hill Country Tasting Room! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to my questions with arranging the event and the bartenders were kind and helpful with me and all my guests. The atmosphere is very cozy, yet open enough to not feel stuffy. The loft area was a great place for all of the food and nice conversation. I would definitely recommend!
