You can look forward to a straightforward planning experience working with PNW Wedding Officiant. Hillary offers two simple pricing options, catering to your vision, budget, and needs. All ceremonies start with a consultation session via Zoom to ensure your ceremony lives up to your expectations.
COVID-19:
Hillary is fully vaccinated/boosted and committed to the safest possible ceremony experience for you and your loved ones. They are only able to work with fully vaccinated/boosted couples.
Availability:
PNW Wedding Officiant books six months at a time and is currently accepting bookings through February 2027.

In order to get to know us, we filled out her easy questionnaire and from that, she was able to craft a beautiful ceremony speech. She was very flexible when I asked for a few things to be edited and ultimately made our ceremony speech perfect. Even though we were not having a religious ceremony, I still wanted to incorporate a few Catholic traditions (Cord and Veil ceremony) which Hillary was more than willing to preform for us. I knew I had wanted something simple, and RJ managed to keep our ceremony simple but made it so much more beautiful than what I ever imagined it’d be. RJ saw it and gave me a really gentle affirmation mid vow and it was enough to get us through the rest of the ceremony.
