ey never offered alternative product. Was told it would be to be by April 24 and again I did not hear from them. Very stressful. Stay away. Have now asked for refund.

old them I was going out of town on the 2nd, so they said they would have to me by the 1st. I said could you please send sooner, when you tell someone 2-5 business days and they pay money, that is what they expect and there was no mention of anything different when I ordered. I told them I wasn't trying to be rude, but just expect things when I am told things. Then Karen the customer service representative told me that the conversation just took a turn for the worse and that I was a nut job and ridiculous. I then told her to cancel my order and she said with pleasure to never contact them again. I am summarizing, but I have all of the screen shots of the conversation to back it up and I posted them all over social media. Worst company ever.
