Hillbilly Willys in Chattanooga, TN catered my rehearsal dinner and reception and people are still talking about the food one month later. It was my guests favorite part aside from... the cake and dessert bar. At first, the name sounded too country for my elegant wedding; but after I realized that the owner, George, had been catering weddings for more than five years I decided to give them a try because the prices were so reasonable. I did not want BBQ (although this is what the restaurant is known for) so George and his staff prepared real Italian dishes for my rehearsal dinner with salad, bread, olive oil dip, and drinks. It was less than $15 per person and two desserts were included! For my reception, Hillbilly Willys provided the Southern, comfort food we wanted with prime rib, smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, baked mac & cheese, rolls, shrimp pasta salad, finger foods and gallons of sweet & unsweet tea. They served the food too in semi-formal attire so I did not have to pay extra for a serving company such as Black Tie Affair. I will use them again for parties and anniversaries.
