Will was instrumental in helping us navigate the planning and organization process, and Diane was incredibly kind and attentive to both us and our guests on the big day. The entire team at Hillcrest was accommodating, flexible, and an absolute joy to work with from start to finish! We chose their food truck catering option, which turned out to be exactly what we had envisioned: delicious food and a fun, relaxed experience for our guests. Jaime and the Manna Food Truck team went above and beyond to ensure everyone’s dietary needs and food allergies were handled with care. Hillcrest Orchards truly offers the full package! Having our ceremony and reception at one beautiful location, with bar service and catering seamlessly taken care of, made the whole experience feel so much less stressful! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue, and we know anyone who chooses Hillcrest will feel the same!

Pros: - Catering/bar, service staff, tables/chairs, ceremony, and coordination of these are all included/available - Easy contact with venue coordinators and very accommodating, even with small details - Excellent food, great value - There is an indoor barn space and outdoor patio, which is very nice for guests who would rather visit instead of dance Cons: - Limited hotels near venue (1 or 2 within 10 min, most ~20 min) - Uber/Lyft can be unreliable due to being in the country (typical for a barn setting, should just warn guests to plan transportation ahead of time!)

Lindsay was attentive, professional, and worked with us and the COVID guidelines set in place by the state to make sure we still managed to have the wedding of our dreams. We dropped off our decorations the morning of the wedding reception for her staff to set up and she flawlessly executed our requests. My husband and I were asked multiple times by staff members if we needed anything throughout the evening; We were even delivered our next round of drinks without any sort of prompting. We enjoyed private hayrides out into the orchard and apple picking with our guests, and the fire pits were lit as soon as dusk hit. Our family raved about how stunning the grounds were, how romantic the barn was, how delicious the food was (get the goat cheese mac n cheese and the apple cider donuts, they DO NOT disappoint)... We heard on multiple occasions that it was the best wedding our guests had ever attended. We are simply speechless - I could genuinely go on and on and on about how much I recommend their services and their venue for ANY event. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Lindsay, Diane, Chef, and the entire Hillcrest Staff for a stunningly beautiful day; We cannot wait to make a yearly pilgrimage from LA to the orchard and relive this day over and over again.

is a hidden gem. Lindsay, Diane and Kevin were all so helpful throughout the whole process. Our biggest concern when it came to finding a venue was staying within budget and they worked with us every step of the way to help us accomplish that. We had our ceremony and reception there, which made the whole event a breeze. We went from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception without skipping a beat. Lindsay is absolutely amazing with her attention to detail and keeping everything on schedule. Weddings are hectic, but she made the entire day run smoothly from beginning to end. The venue was gorgeous, the staff was amazing, the food was hands down the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Everyone we talked to had nothing but great things to say about the venue, staff, food and drinks. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We highly recommend Hillcrest Orchards. You will not be disappointed! We cannot wait to go back!!

He was able to work with my husbands food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy to name a few) and it was such a relief for us to know that my husband could enjoy all the food at our wedding. Lindsay was FREAKING AMAZING. She coordinated every last detail of our day and was available for my endless amount of questions. They are such a great team, and we cannot say enough good things about them! Please go eat their food, I still have dreams about the Mac N' Cheese and it's been 5 months. I can't wait to spend the summers on the patio with their own hard ciders and great food!

ous to plan a wedding from 2,000 miles away, but when we found this venue, it really started to come together. They checked off so many boxes on the to-do list. We now had a perfect place for the ceremony and reception, an amazing caterer, and a day-of coordinator to work with. Diane, Kevin, and Lindsay were helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They also made you feel like you were family. I really appreciated that, especially on the big day. Everything went smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Everyone kept asking how we had found this place. Since it was through the Knot, I had to come leave a review. I highly recommend working with the team at Hillcrest Orchards. We look forward to visiting whenever we are back home.

Bill and Diane personally directed our guests for parking due to the weather and Lindsay, our coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. The orchard was still beautiful in the overcast, misty day that we had. Definitely would recommend this venue!

activities before the ceremony, and our ceremony was outdoors along the orchard. Our wedding photos turned out absolutely beautiful along the apples! The indoor barn reception was not "barn" at all! It was glammed with string lights and perfect for our vision. The venue contract made everything so easy with most of the decorations and bridal house included. Plus, the Hillcrest orchard family were amazing! Shout out to Diane and Lindsay for always emailing me and keeping in touch. Shout out to chef Kevin for making delicious fall foods that were original to only our wedding! Finally, thank you to the wonderful kitchen staff who always made sure Stephen and I were comfortable and happy the day of! I couldn't have asked for a better venue!!

I can't send enough thank you's for how they made our day perfect through the whole process . we used hillcrest orchard for our food and I am soooo happy we did . I have never heard so many compliments on wedding food ever!!! Everyone's words " the wedding was awesome but wow the food was the best food we have ever had at a wedding ever"!!! a walk in the park. The bridal suite was absolutely stunning. My bridemaids raved about how nice it was. During the whole wedding we got so many questions on how we found such a beautiful site for our wedding. Lindsay and Diane were the best. So helpful and amazing people with big hearts.
