Chris and her team were incredible. I booked them 60 days or so before my wedding after issues I was having with another local florist. Then COVID hit and they were accommodating in rescheduling 2 additional times. My big ask for my flowers was that I wanted LOTS of color—and they delivered! They were accessible and understanding with pricing and willing to work with us to find the right balance that we needed. I was overjoyed with how our flowers turned out. Even though I live on the other side of town, I will continue to work with Hilliard Floral for future flower needs! Plus, their shop is really cute :)

We hired Hilliard Floral Design to do the flowers for my sons wedding. We met with them & explained what we wanted for the big day. To say that Hilliard Floral Design met our expectations is an understatement. The flowers were not only beautiful but very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

Chris and the entire team at Hilliard Floral were fabulous to work with! We originally had a big extravaganza wedding planned in 2020 that we had to cancel due to COVID. Hilliard Floral was so accommodating in helping us move our deposit to a new date and completely adjust our floral design plans. I absolutely loved the flowers for my wedding! I had my reception at the Westin and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Chris was wonderful to work with, and incredibly accommodating when I had to change my date and downsize due to COVID. She even added on an extra flower piece on short notice. Everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. I couldn't have asked for a better florist!

Meg was so helpful when I had to book my flowers with her when I couldn't even come to the shop to help choose the best options for our wedding! Just with a couple of inspiration photos my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and center pieces came to life and looked absolutely amazing. They were on time delivering the flowers and setting up all of our centerpieces perfectly.

Our daughter was just married a couple of weeks ago and Meg was great to work with. Due to Covid we had to reschedule the wedding then my daughter chose to switch up her colors. Meg was always pleasant and patient with us. All of the staff were always kind. The flowers were affordable and gorgeous!! Lots of raves from everyone. We will be using them again for my other daughter next year.

Meg was amazing! I was so happy with all the flowers for our wedding. Everything was exactly what I wanted! She did a great job listening to things I liked and turning them into a reality. She was very flexible with changes throughout the process (we had several changes due to Covid). She worked with the church and venue coordinator on delivery and even came earlier than originally discussed, so the photographer could have my bouquet for detail shots. I received so many compliments and couldn't have been happier!

They are GREAT! I had a difficult time explaining what exactly I wanted, especially since there weren’t really any examples already out there of what I was going for. However, they were patient and took the time to listen to my likes/dislikes & best understand my vision. The arrangements turned out perfectly beautiful and I’m so happy to have worked with them!

Hilliard Floral Design provided the most gorgeous bouquets & flowers for our wedding in November. They took the time to meet with us, got an idea of our floral vision and worked to design a custom package to best suit our needs. When our wedding date changed due to COVID, Meg was very helpful and flexible with knowing which flowers would work best in terms of availability due to the new timing of our wedding date. My bouquet was stunning, and all of the flowers during the ceremony and reception looked fantastic and exactly as we had hoped for. Wow! Hilliard floral design did a great job with my wedding at St. Joseph Cathedral and our reception at The Athletic Club of Columbus. The flowers in the church were great. But the flowers at the ACC were amazing! The huge mantle and staircase were decorated exactly how I envisioned it. The tables and centerpieces looked great and I loved my bouquet! Everything turned out so beautiful and I was very happy with the flowers. Best price I was quoted as well. Definitely recommend.

Hilliard Floral Design is AMAZING!! I would highly recommend Meg and her team. I just got married last weekend and received so many compliments on our wedding flowers. The flowers were by far my favorite decor at our wedding! I sent Meg a few ideas of what I wanted from Pinterest and her arrangements were even more beautiful than the pictures and what I could have imagined. I still have my bouquet and am trying to figure out how to preserve it so I can look at it forever :) ! Not only were the flowers high quality the customer service was top notch. I gave her my Pinterest profile since I live out of town, and she was able to take my tropical vision and make it happen with what was in-season in Ohio in the fall. When I first met with Chris, I described my wedding vision for the centerpieces, arch, isle, etc. Chris immediately understood what I was wanting and even pulled flowers to show me what she was thinking. Meg did an amazing job with our flowers! I am not the type of person who knows a lot about flowers, but Meg knew exactly what questions to ask to make sure I got the flowers that fit with the style my husband and I were looking for. Since my husband and I don't have a lot of preferences for flowers, we also appreciated that Meg really took the lead in choosing the flowers that would appear on our chuppah and on our tables. My mom is very picky about flowers, and she couldn't stop complimenting on how beautiful mine were!

I cannot say how much I love their service and design. Meg is very professional and has great taste. I was able to decide on what flowers I want very quickly on our first meeting with her help. I compared their pricing with other florists and theirs is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Working with Chris from Hilliard Floral for my wedding was the best decision I could have made in regards to my florals! She was a great partner to work with, she was able to stay within my budget and still provide everything in my vision. The floral arrangements and bouquets blew me away!! I had a large cascading bouquet and it was just sooooo stunning - she did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted. She also made great suggestions both in regards to the flower types and colors. She's obviously very knowledgable and has a great eye. I would 100% recommend working with her and her team for your wedding!

I would give 100 stars if I could. I'll give my not-so-humble, but actually quite certain, opinion that Hilliard Floral is the best florist in the greater Columbus area. My wife and I went into wedding planning with a very specific idea of what we wanted for pretty much everything other than flowers. This was not a problem as the owner and her team (Meg, in particular) walked us through a number of options and came up with something that we absolutely loved. They have a vast selection of flowers as well as decor such as candles, etc. They can build any type of arrangement. I.e. We had a shelf with a large hanging arrangement draped down from the top. We ended up adding that to our original order and the Hilliard Floral worked with people from both families and was able to coordinate with and please everyone involved. The delivery of flowers was on time and they helped to set up the arrangements so that they looked absolutely perfect. We came in under budget, yet the performance far exceeded our expectations for floral arrangements. I don't think it can get much better than that. I would recommend Hilliard Floral to anyone no matter the size, type, style or any aspect of your wedding. They are the best!

Hilliard Floral Design was one of the best vendors I worked with. Erin was an amazing partner, who listened to my wedding day vision and helped bring it to life. She is extremely creative, both from a design and a cost perspective and was very willing to work through various floral scenarios to bring my vision to life! I especially loved our initial meeting because she helped pull together my flower choices and decor/vases so I could play with what arrangements could look like in person. I'm very visual and really appreciated this so I could understand what everything would look like. This seemed like a unique quality of Hilliard Floral Design as other florists I met with beforehand did not do this. I couldn't have been happier with how our flowers turned out on the day of the wedding - Erin and her team were prompt in delivering everything & set it up exactly the way I wanted. The flowers were beautiful and the florist was great to work with! We showed her pictures of the colors and types of flowers we liked and she made beautiful arrangements and bouquets. The vases and lanterns were all provided and everything was set up for us. The florist was very helpful in providing tips and suggestions. I would highly recommend!

Hilliard Floral was great! They were very easy going, professional and affordable. Every email I sent was responded to within the same day, if not almost immediately. The day of the wedding all of the flowers were already at the church waiting for us. My sister used the same florist 10 years ago for her wedding and we can easily say that they left us both very pleased.

Meg was wonderful to work with and she was so patient with me and my daughter during our first meeting. We were not prepared to answer many of her questions regarding the reception area, so she reached out to our venue coordinator and gathered the required information. My daughter wanted unique vintage flower bouquets to reflect the venue and Meg offered many suggestions. When my daughter changed her mind on bouquet colors just two weeks before the wedding, Meg didn’t even flinch. We received so many compliments on the flowers. The bridal bouquet was absolutely perfect. The flowers placed on the garden arbor were stunning and much larger than I expected. The flowers were delivered exactly when promised so that the bride, groom and family could have them for pre-wedding pictures. All the corsages were individually labeled—distribution was so easy. Hilliard Floral worked with our caterer’s schedule which made decorating the reception area stress free! I was very pleased with the service and flowers provided for my daughter’s wedding.

I went into Hilliard Floral about six months before my wedding with nothing but some Pinterest ideas. Meg really pulled my whole wedding together. I honestly know nothing about flowers so I really put all my trust into her ideas and I’m so thankful I did! All the flowers turned out beautifully and the colors were insanely gorgeous for fall! I’ve never seen anything more beautiful. I got so many compliments and all my girls wanted to take their flowers home. I didn’t have to worry about picking anything up, when I got to my venue on Saturday, everything was set up and ready to go!

Meg Bowdle of Hilliard Floral Design is a visionary. While many parts of our wedding received compliments, our flowers received the most. When I told Meg my vision, she was on board and made it come to life. I asked for wildflowers that looked as though they had been picked from my grandmother's or mother's garden and brought to the table. She delivered this and exceeded expectations. Our flowers looked more like a showcase of the best local wildflowers Ohio has to offer in the summertime. Any time Meg thought we could save money in one area and put money into another area, she let us know and guided us every step of the way. She offered various vases to us in assorted sizes, supplying all extras like our birch arch and flowers for decorative tables. My bouquet featured a locket that she kept safe until the big day, and the bouquet itself was stunning. The bridesmaid bouquets complemented mine perfectly. The head table was the stuff of dreams. Meg added in greenery to make the bright colors pop. Both the pickup and delivery of floral items was all taken care of by Meg; our family didn't have to return anything on our own, for which we were all grateful. Meg even worked with our baker on the cake flowers. She worked tirelessly with me to track down various flowers that were on the verge of going out of season, and gave her professional opinion on substitutions that were in season. She was respectful of our budget and maximized it to its full potential. Meg is truly talented, but beyond that, she is kind, ethical, and cares about making your wedding day special. My bouquet lasted a full two weeks after the wedding took place, which says a lot about the quality of the flowers. I utilized Hilliard Floral Design for my March wedding at the Ivory Room after they did such a wonderful job for my sister's wedding a few years prior. Even with the bar already set high, Meg and the staff at Hilliard Floral Design exceeded my expectations. When we met with Meg, I had very little idea what floral design and centerpieces I would like, but that was quickly solved. Meg put together multiple centerpieces that reflected our wishes and complimented the space at the Ivory Room. The day of the wedding, every thing was delivered and set-up on time. The flowers and designs of Hilliard Floral Design elevated the space and added to our wedding day!

Nice arrangements and convenient location but overall I was surprised at how disappointed I was. The woman who did our consultation was snippy and borderline rude, offering very few friendly words and giving off a definite “I’m so over this” vibe. The prices, while comparably less expensive than top of the line flowers, were still shockingly overpriced (a fact I did not know until after having visited another local shop). My bouquet here would have been $150 for a smaller one compared to the $65 that I actually spent for a larger bouquet made with the same types of flowers. Boutineres were $16 each compared to the $6where I actually ended up going. Not horrible but definitely overpriced for the quality of arrangements and sub-par customer service.

Meg, Rachel and the rest of the team are a joy to work with! Flowers were one of my last decisions to make during wedding planning and the girls are Hilliard Floral were quick to provide me a quote. When I was making final decisions they also worked with me and my mom at the shop to look at vases, arrangements types, flowers, greenery, etc. My mom picked up my flowers and we stored them overnight. The greenery was separated, organized and labeled to make it easy on my decorators and pastry chef! Thank you for everything Hilliard Floral, my day couldn't have been so perfect without you!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Hilliard Floral Designs is. They drove down to Charleston, SC just for our wedding. It was better than all of the Pintrest & examples I gave. If I had to do it all again, I would pick them 1000 times. We are so thankful for all of the beautiful flowers on our chuppah, bouquets, flower crown, massive aisle starts etc and so much more. THANK you for everything. It was absolutely perfect!

They worked amazingly with my daughter and provided exactly what she wanted.
