Hillside Catering

I am really disappointed will Hillside Catering. I hired them to cater my wedding and it went horribly. I paid for food for 85 people and maybe 50 guests attended. With only 50 guests and enough food ordered for 85, we were somehow running out of food. They arrived late for the set up and late on the actual day. I had also ordered tacos and ALL the fixings. However the only toppings provided was onions. The groom (and everyone) was especially disappointed by the lack of cheese, beans and salsa. Hillside catering also did not have enough people to set up their tent and had guests/bridesmaids help set up and take down. I really think a partial or full refund is in order. DO NOT USE HILLSIDE CATERING (also they are using our decorations in their ad without permission)

They wont let me do -10 stars!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ed is absolutely horrible. He was supposed to show up on a friday at 11am. To set up a tent/tables and chairs for my wedding. He showed up at about 8pm with a bunch of BS excuses. He didn't get the tent set up until about 10pm. He also asked for help with set up & take down from the family and friends at wedding. Come wedding day on Saturday he was supposed to show up at 3:30 pm. That way he could have the food set up by 5:30. He showed up at about 5:30. By then we had food in ovens. thinking He wasn't going to show. He was supposed to have pulled pork & a taco bar with "all the fixingings" for about 85 ppl. he showed up with meat and tortillas, No cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce ect. Wasn't until a guest, asked his helper/employee? If he Atleast had salsa Then his employee? Said we have guacamole mixed salsa. long after bride and groom got their food. Tacos were awful pulled pork was alright. We should have went with our gut. After a tasting at his "restaurant" that was pretty horrible. Pulled pork WITHOUT BBQ sauce. Tacos without cheese and squeeze bottles of guacamole. We should have ran. Atleast we have something laugh about later on. I could go on and on about how bad he was. DO NOT USE -10 STARS
