But as soon as we received our first photos from my bridal shower, my nerves melted away! Hannah did an excellent job of capturing all the details and I’m so glad I have the photos to cherish forever. I also underestimated just how much time is spent with the photographer and videographer on the wedding day! Luckily, Hannah and Micha are great to be around, making us laugh and feel comfortable all day. They gave great direction, and we never felt awkward in front of the camera, we just felt like we were being ourselves. Hannah is so quick with her previews, and we were never left wondering where our photos were. I would highly recommend Hannah and Micha to capture your important moments.

Very easy to work with, they were on top of every detail along the way, and they made sure we were fully aligned on the vision and plan for the big day. They captured not only the significant moments but also the small, fleeting details that we might have missed in the whirlwind of the day. Looking through the photos brought back all the emotions and memories, making us feel like we were reliving the day itself. I swear I look at them everyday! We cannot recommend our Hillside Film and Photo highly enough. They are not just talented professionals but also genuinely wonderful people who made our wedding day even more special. Hannah and Micah are not only a master minds behind the cameras but also true professionals. I could not believe the shot Hannah captured. After that I knew we had made the best decision and could fully trust that if they could capture a picture like that on just a mini engagement session what magic could they capture on our wedding day, and boy did they capture magic. We are so grateful we found Hannah and Micah to capture our big day. The entire day was captured so beautifully and we will cherish our photo gallery, video, and personalized photo album for the rest of our lives. Thank you just will never be enough.

and videos. Hannah went by Hannah Marie Film & Photo at the time. I fell in-love with a wedding film that was at our venue, and the rest was history!

Flash forward to September 2021, meeting Hannah in person for our engagement session was everything we hoped for and more. Hannah is naturally gifted with creating an authentic environment which all parts felt comfortable, confident and just over all.. good! Getting back our photos from our engagement shoot which we used for save the dates, we were blown away - It was hard to choose just one to send out! These were everything we hoped for and more.
 From our first inquiry, to our engagement session, up to (and even after) our wedding, communication was always prompt and stress-free. They are on top of their emails and were our easiest vendor to get in touch with!!!

 Jumping ahead to October 2022, our wedding. Having met Hannah and now her counterpart, Micah. The BOTH of them are such an amazing team and are equally as easy and comfortable to be around - they make it feel like they aren’t event there at times, while making sure to be there for ALL of the best moments. I cannot stress enough how effortless they made our day go by, while capturing everything we hoped for and more. 

To say we are over-the-moon with their quality of work is a huge understatement - they are both extremely gifted at their craft, and are extremely humble for being so talented!

girl. I planned out every single detail. But one place I dreaded was photos and video. I tend to dislike most photos of me, so I always thought I would hate my wedding photos. I wouldn’t know how to pose or act. Hannah and Micah made it simple. They helped us to relax and enjoy every moment. They captured every single candid we could’ve dreamed of. Every moment, every memory, all the love, the joy is all captured in photo. As for the video. I decided to add video on about 2 weeks before the wedding (aka I am a nightmare bride) they made it happen. I can’t believe I almost went without. Micah is truly incredible at what he does. There are things I never would’ve seen had I not had the video. We have watched part of it or all of it everyday since we received it. It is perfect. And when we asked for pieces we didn’t know we wanted they immediately had them to us. While I’ll never be able to completely relive that day, Hannah and Micah helped me get pretty close. I feel forever grateful for them. For how lovely they were and how genuine they always are. They took all anxiety out of that day. They will be your biggest fans on your day, and we can’t imagine ours without them.

They were fun, professional, accommodated everyone in group photos and worked in all my requests. I highly recommend them for all wedding photo and video needs!

Micah sent us our teaser video within days, even over a holiday weekend-- I was amazed at the turn around time! They are hardworking, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Hannah was so professional and had a very thought out plan, but she also made sure to listen to what our vision was and executed it beautifully! video for our wedding was absolutely BREATHTAKING and makes everyone cry who watches it. Not only that, but I couldn't imagine our day without the wedding film. Hannah's composition and photo skill are absolutely amazing and she will never leave you standing there feeling awkward! The thing I love most about the two is that they are open and willing to try almost anything as far as photo ideas. They are adventurous, fun, and will make sure your film and photo are everything you envision and more!
