We had such a wonderful experience with Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards! From the moment we toured the property, we fell in love with how beautiful and well-maintained everything was. The venue has stunning views and creates the perfect setting for a wedding while still feeling warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. Our guests of all ages felt comfortable and had an amazing time. The owners were incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our wedding special. They were always friendly, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was that they offered us a discount on the photobooth, which our guests absolutely loved. Little gestures like that made a big difference and showed how much they value their couples. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue. The team was awesome to work with. We highly recommend Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards to any couple looking for a gorgeous, welcoming venue!

Hosting our wedding at Hilltop Guest Ranch was the best decision we ever made. We knew it was something special when we visited the property for the first time; so much so, we refused to see any other venue. From the lush green landscape to the rustic yet modern barn and stunning valley views, it's one of a kind. Ashley and team were fantastic vendor partners to work with; they felt like an extension of our community and were highly accommodating, readily available with any questions we had, and genuinely cared about the success of our special day. This truly is such a gem of a location and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their VW photo bus worked perfectly in the barn for our reception, too!

y fell in love. Not only was the venue absolutely stunning, but had the right feeling of being at “wedding camp” that we both wanted. We also loved that we could customize the venue to what we wanted from the booze choices, the furniture, and the vendors. Hilltop also comes with the most awesome day-of wedding coordinator. I’m a violinist that has played 100+ weddings and has worked with many wedding coordinators over the years and Ashley was the absolutely best. She was a wonderful balance of organized and chill which every bride needs when planning her wedding. She was super flexible meeting with us on the phone as we planned the event (even after giving birth to her second kid in the process! She’s a super mom!). What makes Ashley the best pick for this venue is that she knows the property inside and out because it belongs to her family. That makes the coordination of details the day of the wedding so easy. I highly recommend staying at the Hilltop House at the top of the property if you plan on getting married here. The view is incredible and offers the amenities and space needed to have your our wedding party and family hang out before the wedding. Lots of natural light is great for a makeup artist and the separate suite adjoining the main house allows for the bride and groom to be on the property, while separated, when getting ready. The fact that it’s still a house used for Ashley’s family gatherings is also a really nice touch. Made it feel very personal. We had so many out of town guest and we wanted to deliver a special and unique experience. They all were blown way with the venue and the small details that made our wedding feel like ours. Ashley is an absolute rockstar and helped us even when some last-minute things went awry (that were entirely out of our control). Truly one of the most special places to get married.

The green barn, meadow, pastures, and variety of beautiful photo opportunities, the vintage truck, cowboy cauldron for the smores, and the bridal suite for getting ready as a house on top of the hill...The landscaping is drop-dead gorgeous. The farm animals are SO CUTE, and we had the choice of picking what animals could be surrounding the wedding, so we were excited to have horses and goats! With the other vendors and the framework of Hilltop, each couple will have their own unique and custom wedding. The guests couldn't stop raving about the beauty. Such an intimate place. Molly Osborne is an incredible wedding coordinator. She knows what she is doing and held my hand throughout the process. The family at the ranch are hardworking folks. We got married in May 2024. Luckily, rain was frequent during the following months. Everything was just green, the hills, all the nature. I felt right at home. The weather was perfect sunshine or slightly overcast with a more moody vibe. Honestly, you could have your wedding at any time of the year here. I am also ocean-obsessed, so I had a unique way of tying coastal and rustic elements together at this ranch. It was simply harmony. The venue includes other support like tables, chairs, barrels, bathrooms, etc. Our wedding came to life from my creative imagination and the help of Hilltop and all the vendors. I couldn't have done this without the Osbornes, so thank you deeply for being there for us throughout the process and the big day. I am neurodivergent with a few intellectual disabilities, so it meant the world to me for their support. I was having anxiety attacks around the wedding, and the Osbornes were so understanding with grace. I appreciate the inclusive community and environment of Hilltop Guest Ranch for the disability community too. It was a peaceful experience with compassion. The venue has awesome referrals for other vendors. Most of my vendors were through their recommendations. You can put all your trust in them. My ceremony and reception area were outside, and we partied inside the barn! We did our first look at the house on the hill with the mountains and ranch in the background. It was emotional and beautiful. The venue and our day are insanely beautiful. You would be lucky to have your wedding here! Celebrate! There is no other place like this hidden gem within Santa Ynez Valley. Much love from the Clines! Thank you for the best day!

thentic ranch but the nature surrounding the venue space feels like you could be somewhere in the mountains. My r favorite part of the venue was the relaxed, calming energy both from the venue and staff of Hilltop. We didn't have to add much additional decor or florals to our wedding, the nature and landscaping of the venue was plenty in creating a serene and beautiful backdrop to our wedding! I highly recommend Hilltop if your tired of traditional cookie cutter venue and want something unique and natural.
