Originally built in 1894 and thoughtfully renovated for public use in 2005, the mansion features wood-paneled interiors, generous rooms with multiple entryways, and beautifully appointed spaces including the Great Hall, Library, Sunroom, Garden Room, and a light-filled foyer. The estate accommodates up to 140 guests for cocktail-style receptions or seated dinners, with flexible layouts across multiple rooms—our largest seating up to 80 guests. Outdoors, the property boasts formal gardens, apple orchards, fountains, a charming courtyard, and a market-lit covered front porch, creating countless photo opportunities and a stunning setting for ceremonies. Upstairs, a grand staircase leads to private bridal and groom suites, each with dedicated dressing areas and restrooms. Long admired as a private residence, Hilltop House is now welcoming reservations for weddings and milestone celebrations.

appears to be somewhat of a maximum, but it was perfect for our wedding. The house has a staircase from which we made our entrance into our first dance and we just had so much fun the whole time. Sandy, the manager, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating with all our questions and requests leading up to the big day!
