No doubt about it, my wedding was awesome. I had sunshine and got married on the patio on the top of the hotel and our decorations looked awesome and the view is incredible. The do...wnside is it seems the hotel has staffing issues, after we put our deposit down the responsiveness went downhill. We were told one thing about capacity, and then another right as invitations were to go out, then we were informed they did have enough space....a LOT of stress. The day of the wedding there were less staff than we had agreed to, layout errors, and missing services that made our guests just stand around with nothing to drink. We found ourselves delegating 5 minutes after we were married trying to fix what we could.
I hope it was just a fluke, all the staff was very nice the day of and they did fix what they could in the moment. The venue on a sunny day is HARD to beat and looking back I am still very happy with my day and everything ended up beautiful.
Tips for this venue if you book it is be firm and clear and get everything in writing. Find out from the beginning who you contact for what and who that persons backup and/or team members are. If you do this, you'll have a beautiful wedding and a killer venue!
