From the very beginning, the sales coordinator poorly communicated, even to set up a tour. Then it took over 35 emails and at least 10 phone calls to get 10 rooms blocked for bot...

h Friday and Saturday plus an additional 10 rooms for a total of 20 blocked rooms on Saturday. Then she only loaded a couple of rooms into the reservations block so rooms weren't available at the group rate that should have been since only 4 rooms had been booked. This went on for 3 months, requiring constant supervision to get the block price for the guests. Several guests just gave up and either went to other hotels or paid higher rack rate instead of the promised block rate. I have no idea if the guests were charged given complimentary parking as promised because it got to be too embarrassing to follow up with guests. The groom's room was not ready at at his delayed arrival at 3:30pm (check in time is 3pm) and rehearsal was at 4:15 so he went to another guest's room to get ready. They did not hand out Welcome bags to the first few arriving guests, requiring more phone calls, and nobody seemed to know anything about it, even though there had been a large sign behind the front desk when we delivered the bags the day before. Afterwards, we discovered that at least 5 guests did not receive a welcome bag because we checked to see if any remained! One had been pilfered as it was untied and missing some of the items in a themed container that I personally packed and tied with ribbon . They would not let the guests use the patio at night after the restaurant was closed, although that was one of the big sales presentation details that we specifically discussed for use after the rehearsal dinner and wedding. To top it all off, they never delivered the Romance Package of champagne and strawberries to the Honeymoon room!

ng allowed us to have a blast and enjoy our party, celebrating with our friends and family. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have a reception there!

The staff was a little slow to respond to emails and my vendors told me they had a tough time getting in touch with the staff here. We also had problems with our room block. We p...

repaid for about 10 rooms, and when we got to the hotel to check in, they couldn't find our rooms. We had to prove to them that we prepaid, and even then they didn't get us all the rooms we were promised. I would say the venue is newly renovated, but definitely go in with clear things you expect. Like you expect XX servers for your guests, you want silverware rolled and ready to go next to the buffet, you need this color tableclothes, and these servers to go around collecting guests' diningware, etc. They definitely have experience with weddings, especially Indian weddings but you need to be very clear with what you want, and it'll happen.

room a free room if your guests book 10rooms. They give you a room on the same floor with all of your guests. We had breakfast in the morning (which was included for our guests) It was horrible & we had HORRIBLE service! Probably the rudest waitress ever. :-(
