Hilton DFW Lakes

This was the absolute perfect venue for my wedding! They were so easy to work with, and we got so many compliments from our guests about how fun and comfortable the venue was. They were so flexible and accommodating with our requests and we had the absolute best time! Their airport shuttle picked up and dropped off our out of town guests at the airport, and the location is very convenient. It could not have been more perfect!

We're very familiar with Hilton hotels and this Hilton in particular as we do holiday brunches here often so it was a natural option when planning my wedding. I sent in a quote on a Thursday morning and didn't hear anything back until the following Wednesday at the end of the day. I received a call from a Kathy who asked me if I wanted rooms or a full event quote...the request clearly stated that it was a Wedding and even listed a substantial budget. When I asked why it took so long to get back a response she was rude and said that they couldn't work in my budget anyway. She closed request stating that my budget of $25,000-30,000 was not enough. Wedding planning is stressful and unfortunately the norm is not to be responsive. Stay away. Apparently, their business is booming so much so that they can't be bothered.

So pleased we chose the Hilton for our daughter's recent wedding reception. Marsha was wonderful to work with. The food was delicious and the room looked just beautiful. A wonderful evening!

They were super helpful and gave us the best they could. Since it's close to the airport there tends to be lots of conventions there, so sometimes it's pretty crowded. They said they would have upgraded our room but they were all occupied.
